No scratches, everything works. The plastic fenders were slightly bent so I straightened them using a heat gun. Took less than 5 mins. The battery came fully charged. Assembly was pretty straightforward took about 45 mins. It came with a phone holder, mirrors, gloves, a nice bag that attaches to the cargo rack, bike lock, a full set of tools for all the screws, nuts and bits, spare inner tube, spare brake pads, pump and bike cover. The battery is 48V 16Ah and the motor is 750W. Didn’t have to adjust the brakes or the gears. Gears shift smoothly, overall the bike feels solid. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. I specifically ordered this bike with “prime” delivery because I had ordered another e-bike from a different brand and it shipped with fedex. For some reason where I live I have a 25% rate of receiving my packages. Yes, fedex has lost 3 out of 4 deliveries! Thanks to Bolo’s A to Z coverage I got my money back from the first order. Bolo prime delivery is way better.Back to the Pujh review, the tires needed air, recommended pressure is 40-65 psi. Impressions after my first ride:I rode for 28 miles and came back with 2 out of 5 bars on the battery. First 14 miles I was using level 3 pedal assist for the most part and that goes up to around 17 mph. The battery went down to around 3/5 bars. On my way back I kept it on level 2 PAS and actually pedaled more. The range you’ll get will wildly vary depending on how much effort you put in. Probably 25-30 miles if you rely too much on the assist and 50 plus miles if you do more of the work. I don’t see myself ever using level 5 PAS unless going downhill, you would have to pedal crazy fast to keep the speed up. Level 4 and 5 are pretty much for full electric mode using the throttle. FYI this bike does not come with the cruise control mode activated out of the box but you can activate it in the settings menu. Now I can lock in a speed with the throttle and turn on cruise control by pressing the “-“ button for a couple of seconds 😀.The display is crisp and bright, it displays PAS level, speed, trip miles, average mph, max mph, battery level. The seat is okay, I’ll probably get a more comfortable one.Bikes with 29” wheels are pretty tall, I’m 5’8” and I feel like anyone shorter might struggle getting on and off the bike.The front and rear lights are great, the rear light has a brake light along with a running light. The ride is pretty quiet, the motor kicks in strong, the breaks are adequate, I locked the rear tire more than once.Overall a great experience so far.Most of these e-bikes on Bolo are from the same manufacturers with different sellers slapping on their own branding. Considerations are style, wheel size, motor strength and battery capacity. Don’t be fooled by claims such as 1200W max power. What you really need to know is the correct power of the motor, is it 350W, 500, 750,etc… I have seen max power rating of 750 for what is a 350W motor. Don’t pay $700 for an e-bike with 350W motor and a 36v 12 ah battery! Watch some videos or read some articles to educate yourself first. Then once you start looking around Bolo you’ll start to get a sense of price/performance of all these “different!” E-bikes. You’ll save some money.Having said all that I believe Pujh I purchased is a good value for a true 750w motor with a 48V 16Ah battery. The build quality seems good, everything came out working, nothing missing or broken. I do recommend it.

Wonderful bike! The only issue I had was that the front wheel was slightly out of true when I unpacked it, so I bought a spoke wrench through Bolo ($10) and made the adjustment. The gears are responsive to the shift mechanisms and the battery and motor are top notch. It also came with some surprising extras, like a cellphone holder, hand pump, some tools and an extra inner tube. The display unit also gives you great information during your ride. But I guess the biggest surprise for me was that you can actually charge your cellphone while you ride…who da thunk! As far as the battery is concerned, I took a 20+ mile bike ride for about 2 hours and only lost one life bar on the gauge. And the motor is powerful…going up hills is a breeze. There is a bit of a learning curve on what gear and motor setting to use but once you figure it out, the rides become quite enjoyable. The bike looks sleek and definitely well worth the price. A must buy for any old timer wanting to keep active.

The motor and battery seem really good, but I cant speak to longevity since I've spent more time trying to align the warped brake discs in the pads than I have riding the bike.The instruction manual was completely incorrect, multiple pages were repeats of how to attach the phone mount, what pages were provided were incorrect leading to the front forks being backwards and the front tire grinding into the controller housing. I had tried to use the online instructions from the pujh site, however there was none for this model.

This is Awesome OMG! Make sure you follow the assembly directions and make proper adjustments, to fit. Learn how to operate this Vehicle. I recommend this for older Americans or whom ever to enjoy. The Pedal Assist gets you up hill it is easier to bike longer. Awesome bike. I’ve been riding for years never anything as this Product. Let’s see how long it lasts. It’s goodness for those who need the assist. I recommend. New Seat with suspension a Softer Ride extended to leg length. Road this morning it is awesome! Am Pleased let’s see how long it lasts. Durability Fun Stuff Helmet is a Requirement!

Received bike and it was packaged well. However, the kickstand did get broken during transport. Sent a message to seller who quickly responded. They asked no questions and sent a replacement right away. I did not know it but the bike comes with many extras. A travel bag for the rear rack, an air pump, two extra tire tubes, extra brake caliper pads, a cable bike lock, a locking battery cover, a usb cord with both type c and lightning connectors attached. The bike has a usb charging port for phones. It has a horn and adjustable front shocks. Another neat thing is besides LED front and rear lights it also has a brake light as part of the rear light assembly. The tools to put it together are included and the bike is about 75% complete out if the box. You have to attach the front wheel, handle bars, rack, pedals, and some smaller items. Also included was a handlebar cellphone holder. Took the bike on an 11 mile ride with full charge and reached a speed of 29.5mph. The color display module is excellent and shows speed, battery level, and other information. Very easy to see. The bike has 5 electrical speed setting selections for when you don't want to pedal. At the end of the ride it showed a battery decrease of 30%. I'm guessing the range obviously depends on weight of rider (190lbs), inclne, weather, and road factors. Definitely think I picked the right e-bike for my first purchase. So, I ordered another one! It's a pretty sturdy bike and looks and feels well built. Plus, it seems customer service is excellent! Opted to get the Assurion Protection Plan at $60 just in case. Small price to pay for an expensive bike.

Very nice bike with the same features as more expensive bikes. I've been on a few rides already and everything works as it should. I did a 50 mile ride using peddle assist at 12-15 mph for most of the time and the battery still had power to keep going.
