I gifted this item to my daughter. She reports that it provides an excellent workout and is a great stress reliever. It took me searching YouTube videos to figure out how to start the thing (make sure the charger is unplugged and hold down the on button for a long time), but once I did it is very fun to use. The sound quality is terrible and it doesn’t actually light up with the beat of the music, but you can hit it to the beat bc it immediately moves to the next circle once you punch it. Overall, I enjoy it, not sure it’s worth $80 though

The media could not be loaded. Ok this is pretty cool.I bought it for two reasons:1: my son has way too much energy and needs a good outlet.2. I want to use it too.Came with a very small instruction booklet. At my age I need glasses for such reading material. lol. So here are the basics. It has an adhesive back. Remove the coating over the adhesive and stick to the wall. Make sure it is close enough to an outlet to plug it in.The button panel has a clear protective coating so remove before pressing buttons.Hold down the power button for three seconds to turn it on. You can adjust the speed and volume once it is on.The punching pads are nice and springy and the gloves fit my 13 year old and myself. Punch the buttons when they are blue. If you miss or hit a wrong button it will say “uh-oh”. It keeps a count of your hits.In my opinion the song is a little annoying so I turned the volume as low as I could. I have yet to try the Bluetooth but I think that will make it fun.My son was breathing hard and that made me happy. :).I will post updates once we have used it for a couple of weeks.So far, so good.

Can take a beating which i was worried about.. obviously your not going to slam it as hard as you can but dont be afraid to be natural with your punching. I like that I can put my own music and workout not with my music but TO my music. Go as fast or slow as you need, which makes it good for everyone. I dont love the punch sounds it makes to it's own music but I love that it doesn't make the punch sounds over my music. I needed to use my own gloves bevause these ones were a little big and didn't support my hands enough. Punch sounds and big gloves make it 4 stars.. and my own music could be louder but that might be on me to figure out and not actually a product con so I don't count that against the product.

One of the worst product ever used. Didn't even used one time and it is not working

la synchronisation des beat en bluetooth ne fonctionne pas vrmt, normalement on peut régler sur 9 niveaux la "réactivité des beats avec la musique" mais un seul niveau fonctionne et est beaucoup trop rapide par rapport a la musique
