It’s exactly what I needed. I have several runners and a few area rugs, and this machine is both powerful and conveniently compact and lightweight—ideal for me given my mobility challenges. Assembly was simple, and cleaning it afterward was a breeze. I highly recommend it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I chose a Bissell machine because I have had one in the past and wanted a Bissell again. Also, the price was reasonable. I bought this machine in June of 2025. However, I did not unbox or use the shampooer until July 5, 2025. I had to make sure that it worked before my return window closed from Bolo.First I vacuumed well. Then I followed the instructions and cleaned two areas. One on the wall to wall carpet where I had some water stains from plant drippings. The 2nd area I cleaned was on a 5x7 rug in the bathroom -- 2 different types of carpets. Both areas/carpets came out clean. There is always a learning curve to know how long or how often to press the spray trigger. It does seem to spray quite a bit of water/solution. Make sure you do many dry passes to pull up the excess wet solution. As the directions clearly state, "make dry passes by pushing machine forward and back and across carpet until water can no longer be seen through the nozzle." This is important to make sure your carpet does not stay too wet. In other words, GET YOUR FINGER OFF THE SPRAY TRIGGER!Ease of use:The instructions are well written and picture displays may help a first time user. Pictures made assembly clear, but it is really simple to "snap" the pieces together.The machine comes with 2 different 8 oz. bottles of cleaner to try. = nice touch, Bissell.The machine is very light weight once it is out of the package. I am glad I had it delivered instead of picking it up at a department store. Easier for this older woman. One small issue is the On/Off button. It is encapsulated in a plastic housing. A bit confusing. I searched the instructions to see if I was supposed to pry off the plastic housing. Apparently not. Please take note, this machine DOES NOT come with upholstery attachmentsThis small machine does the trick for my small dwelling. If you have a large home, maybe consider a larger machine. This one is great for my 3 rooms and small enough to store in the closet -- right next to the vacuum cleaner.I hope this machine lasts for years to come. I will report back if it does not.

I just received this carpet cleaner and used it right away. It was easy to put together. I love how compact it is and there's plenty of cord to move about the room. The price and size does not take away from its power. It cleaned the areas of my carpet that were bugging me and then some! It really did a great job. The water tank emptied fairly quick but it wasn't a bother since it's so easy to remove. Taking it apart to empty and clean was easy, as well. So far, it's $130 well spent.

I haven’t used it just yet, but it was easy to put together, I was done in 5 min. It’s very compact so should be easy to store. I love the smaller sized cleaners.UPDATE!!!This little machine packs some power! I was very satisfied with how well it cleaned! It doesn’t leave your carpet soaked.

I still need new carpet, it’s 15 years old. Just waiting for cooler weather. Never in a million years did I think it would work this well. I looked at the before and after picks and thought if it works 1/2 as well I’d be happy. I’m more than happy, pics are not the same as in person. It looks better than my pics. Assembly is quick and easy, cleaning the machine is easy. Price is more than fair. Had no leaks, no issues. I did use a full bottle of cleaner but it was bad. Went over hard spots a few times. Dirty water container fills up quick but don’t see it as a negative. Sucks up quick and was dry in a few hours.

I just wanted to say that this little shampooer/ steam cleaner is absolute perfection. I’m 66 and have arthritis in my hands but was able to put this together alone in about 10 minutes. It’s easy to o use not heavy. The trigger is easy and my carpet dried in about 2 hrs. I used the urine remover solution because my Shihtzu has had a few accidents , and let me tell you it works. My entire apartment smells so fresh. Highly recommend for the price!

Good for small areas or you will be refilling and emptying frequently. Used for a carpeted hallway.Had borrowed the machine in a larger size and liked it so decided to go with the smaller one. Nice weight easy to use, effective.

This is the perfect size for a small living space. Cleaning is a breeze! The value for the money is amazing! The included solutions have a nice fragrance too! The noise level is not excessive, making it a nice product to use around pets without scaring them. The suction works really well, pulling up the water expelled from the machine in a couple of passes, reducing the drying time needed. I highly recommend this product as a great purchase to help clean a clean home!

USA model - non compatible
Il s'agit d'un modèle américain et il ne fonctionne pas avec le réseau électrique français. J'ai acheté un transformateur, mais la machine coupe sans arrêt.
