I have owned Kirkland merino wool socks for almost 20 years and they literally seem like they will last forever. This set, I ordered recently for a trip my daughter was taking to Alaska. Despite being quite cold, her feet stayed warm and dry throughout all her outdoor activities. The socks are soft and I love the subtle pattern of these. Thickness is just perfect. Slightly thicker than cotton socks but not so thick they change the fit of shoes.

Still great socks for keeping feet warmer in winter (without going all the way to a thick hiking sock. The bottom is cushioned better and I appreciate that. These are my goto socks under boots (hiking, dress or hanging around the house boots) in winter. They are really soft. This is my third batch for myself I've ordered, but also ordered at least three batches for family members. Price seems to increase every time I've ordered. Still a great value compared to my hiking socks! At first when I got these, I wasn't sure if they were as soft as my old ones, and thought they had changed materials but nope - just needed to be washed.

Quality socks, appear to be as advertised. Soft to the touch, comfy to wear, and --if they are like previous purchases--will last well. Very good quality for the price. A finer wool sock, with a bit of extra cushioning in the heel and toe. Wash up nicely.

Extremely soft and comfortable. They are thin more suitable for summer, although I haven’t experienced winter with them yet. They have a thinner airflow on the top of the sock.I was able to wear them in the summer and my foot didn’t sweat like they do in other socks made from manmade materials.I bought two packages, it’s was worth it!

The Kirkland calf high socks are a little bit itchy, but not too bad. They might soften up a little with washing. The top sock band is nice and stretchy but a little snug and left some dents in my calves after wearing. But, they did stay up nicely. The padding on the bottom of the socks is pretty thick and will be great with work boots or hiking boots. Over all, it is a good budget wool sock. If wool doesn’t bother your skin, you will be fine with this product.

These socks are so soft! They don't make my feet hot & sweaty in the heat but keep my feet warm in cooler temps. While traveling I can alternate between just 2 pairs, airing out 1 pair for a day while wearing the other, and my feet and the socks don't stink.

For some reason Costco did not have these anymore. I was not sure if it was a seasonal thing or not, but I panicked and bought a crap ton of them from Bolo. Great merino socks; not too thick but keep feet warm and dry. I can't recommend these enough!
