I own the Tir Tir red cushion foundation and have a love/less love relationship with it. Sometimes it works great and sometimes I hate the way it looks. The red cushion 15C fair porcelain is the perfect color for me so I opted for the same in the silver cushion. As you can see from the pictures, the silver cushion is far lighter in color. So don’t expect to get the same color foundation between cushions.I applied it and I did have to add a bit more than usual only because this cushion is made to be lighter for aging skin. The color on my skin shocked me. I wasn’t expecting such a light color.Let me explain a tad bit more. I have a makeup process. I do all the prep. I apply pink toned under eye concealer under my eyes. I apply tir tir foundation all over my face but don’t put it on top of the under-eye concealer. I contour my chin and jaw line, my nose, and my cheekbones. I apply blush to my cheekbones. All my products are creams because I’m getting older. I then apply a lighter concealer on my temples, below my cheekbones right above my jawline, either side of my nose right on my face and a line down the middle of my nose. I then blend with a sponge. The lighter concealer helps the contours and blush not to make me look like a clown. Blending 101.With this silver tir tir foundation, I completely skipped under eye concealer and the lighter concealer to blend everything. So I just have the tir tir and contour and blush and blended it all. And it is phenomenal! At first I thought this was gonna make me look like a ghost but when the other two products were added and blended, it’s the exact perfect match for my skin tone. Now, I could not wear it without contour and blush. I would look like a ghost. But the combination is perfect and now I’m able to wear a lot less makeup!It feels nice on my skin. It’s not heavy at all nor does it feel too sticky.

I finally found my color, Sand, I think! It is a trial and error situation, but I do like the ease of putting it on and not looking made up at my age 79! I’m using the silver compact.It is difficult to get out of the compact and it has only lasted about 3 1/2 weeks, and now seems hard to get out of the sponge and then onto my face. I have to press the sponge pretty hard to get enough makeup on my face and usually I have to struggle to get the look I want with the pad! Not sure why it seems the makeup is used up so quickly and also hard to get enough on my face after only after a few weeks.Yes, the price is good, it doesn’t take a lot to get the look I want, but it is difficult to get onto my skin after only 3 weeks! Maybe a little more makeup in the compact would be a great idea! Makeup in the compact should be available without struggling more than just 1 month. Nearly all makeup usually gives at least 2 months of use if not more! I really don’t use a lot of the product compared to what I’ve used with other products!It doesn’t last long enough for the price in my opinion.

It is extremely hard to find neutral shades that is flattering. In western stores they always recommend super yellow or orange shades and they looked down right awful on me. Ive tried cool tone shades and it always look too dull on me. So finding that perfect neutral shade is a major time saver since ive gotten used to mixing my own shade with color corrector. For this company, Im originally a 22N shade but the formula for the cushion that had it, I was allergic to. I hope they make for shades for this formula. Instead I picked 21N! It works great, I dont use a lot to cover my face. The cushion is slight shade lighter than 22N which works out for naturally highlighting the important parts of my face. I didnt get any allergic reactions for this long term so I'll be buying this formula/cushion more often. I hope they make a pump for their foundation because it's more hypoallergenic that way and I would recommend it to my friends if it was the case! To prevent contamination and bacteria building up, I use a clean brush to apply my cushion foundation. I also use the metal sticks to pick up the product too sometimes. The packaging is also pretty chic. It looks just like the photos! The cushion lasts for my afternoon class till my night classes. (11am-8pm, roughly 9 hours ish?)

I absolutely LOVE the original Tirtir red cushion foundation, so I was excited to try a glowier / dewier version, but I wasn’t a huge fan of this — it definitely had less coverage, but it wasn’t very blendable. Overall the formula just felt like a watered down version of the original and didn’t provide any glow.I also find that the small size runs out very quickly — good to keep in your bag for touchups, etc. but you won’t get much out of the mini size if you’re going to be using this everyday.

Want a bit of coverage, but don’t love anything that looks like makeup or worsens the look of skin texture. I’m blown away with TirTir’s Silver Cushion makeup - medium to full coverage, skin-like finish, amazing color range, easy to use, hydrating, comfortable, lasts all day, zero caking or creasing and intelligent packaging. This replaces my foundation and concealer, from a French company with a $139 and $75 price tag! I do wish that this makeup was available in a tube or bottle. That said, I’m buying a backup, a lighter shade and a darker shade.

The sponge applicator is tiny and so is the product so beware. I have no problem with the foundation just the 20 euro on such a little amount of it.
