I am too afraid to use this because of the terrible reaction I've had using the toothpaste. I will never recommend this product to anyone.Causes nausea and headaches.I used the toothpaste, made sure I rinse it out and I had nausea and headaches for 2 straight days. I immediately stopped using it. I attempted to use it one more time today after 2 weeks of not using it to make sure it wasn't just a random bad day. I was perfectly fine before I used it and once again when I used it within 20 minutes or less I started feeling nauseous and headaches started. This went on all day for a 1 time use. Apparently niacinamide has many side effects. I suggest do you research before ever purchasing anything.

There’s a subtle whitening after just one 30-minute use of these hydrogen peroxide based strips. I had no notable sensitivity or reaction to the strips. They are easy to use and stick well for the recommended duration of 30-60 minutes. I subject my teeth to a fair amount of staining by drinking tea and coffee every day. I prefer to use a strip here and there if I feel my teeth are particularly yellow, as I don’t want to subject my teeth to more stress than I already do. BodyAccel works fine for my purposes, but Crest currently has lower level whitening strips for similar prices.

These are fine whitening strips. Nothing overwhelmingly amazing about them. Similar to the other whitening strips you can buy.

These strips adhere well to my teeth. They don't taste bad and are easy to use. I did notice some whitening after the first use but it wasn't very noticeable. After the second use, the whitening was a lot more noticeable. I haven't used all the strips yet, but they do appear to work as they should.
