I am happy with the utensils; they are exactly as expected. I also like using silicone as opposed to my old black plastic utensils. The package came with a card that specifically asks that any problems be addressed by the company itself. I reached out because a few pieces were damaged. They never even to tried to get back to me. So, literally, the customer service could not be worse. Conveniently, Bolo emailed me about a week after delivery asking me to comment on product and delivery. After explaining the damaged items to Bolo, they issued a few dollars back to me for my troubles. Given how many pieces there are and the good will gesture from Bolo, I am keeping this set and have already gotten plenty of use from it.

These utensils are great. Big difference from what I was using. My old utensils were all plastic from what I could tell, and probably 20-25 years old. I was over due for new ones and this set is great. They still look like new and I have washed them and used them many many times over. The amount I received for what I paid for is unbelievable. With my other utensils I could not even flip an egg with a spatula because the edges were curled up on them from heat. These make cooking fun and enjoying again instead of frustrated with bad/old, utensils. I also love the stainless handles. If you’re looking for a good set of utensils, I highly recommend these. I was a cook in a restaurant for 25 years plus I cooked every night while raising children during this same time also. My utensils were never as nice and as of good quality like these.

Quality is meh. The handles arr hollow and collect water when being washed. Even with being hand washed and dried, the silicone parts have a weird water marking. Haven't had any issues with using them to cook, nothing has melted. They are really lightweight.Honestly, I feel like it's comparable to dollar store quality.
