This arrived very quickly and was as described by the seller. The only missing link is the temperature for nylon bags but otherwise this was a good price and value especially for a newbie!

Really sad at the moment..I’ve been setting up my little studio ..so I’ve been buying equipment as I can afford them. I don’t always open the boxes when I get them ..well after a year ..im finally unboxing items and I was most excited for this one only to find broken pieces in the boxes ! It’s past my return date so I’m stuck with a broken piece of equipment I can’t afford to buy again right away ..puts my plans on hold but I’ll figure it out ..smh

I wasn’t expecting much considering the price, but was very delighted when I found the set up was quick and easy, heat up and ease of use was great, cool down was also quick. Very happy with my purchase

I was hesitant to purchase after seeing some of the reviews, but now Im glad I did! It is easier to use than the cricut heat press, provides uniform heat so that the products adhere properly. My only complaint is that you cannot adjust the width between the top and bottom pieces, but, that is a minor issue. I suggest this heat press. If you do have any issues, hopefully the customer service is as good as the press.

The first two photos the black temp box was completely removed from this and the plastic little pieces are broken. I have not plugged it in yet to see if it works and I’m hoping that it does. I waited forever on the first one I ordered then had to get a refund then order this and it’s broke I’m so disappointed

Amazing Buy!
When I first got it, I was a bit scared because I had never used one of these machines!So I got it set up and with my luck the temperature/timer panel was not working and the temp was going up and down and making the machine beep out of control!So I contact the seller/customer service and honestly they are absolutely fantastic :) which made it so easy and pleasant at a frustrating moment!The next day they shipped me a new panel didn’t have to return the broken one!And within 2 days I had the new part arrive!I installed it and the machine works amazingly!The product is great, easy to assemble, easy to use and I love the fact that they are so helpful if you need anything!So if your like me which took me months to decide on which one to buy this is definitely a great way to go! Glad I ordered this one :)

Love my press only complaints I have os about the hat press to low to the table no nar to grab back of hat and the top part you have to crank really high to pull over on top hat with out history moving hat but thats the only part I can complain about absolutely love the shirt press works amazing mug press is awesome and fairly easy to store in between uses have yet to use the plate press

So all of the things in the picture are things that I have pressed with this kit and have to say overall I love it. Do wish the mug press was actually able to use with my tumbler but I have mastered how to be able to use the mug press with tumblers as you can see in my pictures so u don't have to buy another one unless u are using this as a business then yes buy one. But I'm ok with using this for now

Overall very sturdy. Instructions where a little age but there are links to YouTube videos including wich where very helpful. Heat is quite accurate on the shirt and hat press checked wich an instant read thermometer. Only negative I have so far is the hat press does not meet up on top and bottom and no way to adjust
This machine has been problems from the start.
When I ordered this heat press (Nov 6/20)I ordered the Color Sub, I received the Planet Flame.I contacted the company and they said it was a mistake at the factory (same quality press)and they would send me some free vinyl to make up for it, which they never did.I kept the machine because I did not want the hassel of boxing it up and tring to find a drive to the post office to return it. Then the digital part to set the temperature and time was not working correctly, sometimes it would work and sometimes it would not. I contacted them again and no answer back. I could get the machine to work but not all the time, shut it on and off and it might work for a while. I emailed them again a couple months later and they asked me to send a video which I did and they said they could not view it... and quit answering me. I shoud have just sent the machine back from the start. Now when I turn the machine on I may be able to do one shirt and the alarm starts going off. They again do not answer my emails. It has been a headache from the start and now my warrenty is up Nov 6. I have not even tried to use any of the attachments. $250 down the drain...I would give it 0 starts if I could.
