There's something really tempting in the air when opening a bottle of well-made ACV. The soft aroma of apple cider vinegar that wafts out of the bottle is delicious and inviting. Which is why I have to take care and not eat too many of these ACV gummies. It is quite easy to grab a handful and start chewing, but you ought to resist the impulse. They are not candy.ACV is perhaps useful as a means of weight management and maybe a way to regulate blood sugar levels. I haven't experienced those impacts but I've found it somewhat helpful in easing my digestion. These gummies are soft and easy to chew and swallow with no digestive issues afterwards. I chew two gummies per day. They don't stick to my teeth or dental work.Besides ACV, these gummies contain Folate and vitamin B12. However, they also contain 4g of added sugars, making them a definite impediment to maintaining ketosis, which is antithetical to the whole point of a Keto diet: reaching lower carb levels. I don't quite see the point of ACV gummies which are designed to help lower carbohydrate levels in order to achieve ketosis containing the very substance you are meant to lower. But the addition of sugar probably helps to make these gummies taste good. I would think that using a sugar substitute would increase the efficacy of these gummies. Or even using no sweetener at all. The choice is flavor over efficacy, apparently.

I mostly purchase ACV gummies to keep my morning appetite in check, but some of them are WAY too strong in the vinegar department. When I opened one of the bottles of these VALIENT gummies, I got a blast of vinegar, and thought, "here we go again!" However, I was pleasantly surprised that these supplements went down smoothly, didn't stick on my teeth, and didn't give me the burps that some other brands did.Pleasantly surprised with the taste and texture of these!

I have always hated taking or drinking ACV. My wife takes it daily but I have never been able to deal with it. Until now.When I first opened the bottle, I immediately caught the scent of ACV and I thought, uh oh. But not to fear. These easy-to-chew gummies actually taste good to me! And they don't cause me any stomach upset. It remains to be seen whether I will see any health benefits like weight loss, blood sugar, etc., but I have no doubt that I can consistently take these and not dread it.Now I should mention that the only thing that concerns me is the high folate amount. You can overdo B vitamins and so many supplements seem to have them included. Too many B vitamins can cause nerve issues just as too little will do the same thing. So it would be wise to pay attention to that especially if you are already taking a multivitamin that is loaded with the B vitamins. It should also be noted that the recommended two gummies is 4 grams of added sugars per day which may not exactly align with a keto diet.I will probably keep buying these if the price is right.

Man these are good! I have tried a raft of ACV gummies in my time. Some taste like sugar vinegar. Some taste like nothing. And some are barely chewy or else so chewy you might lose a tooth.These are perfect. Just the right amount of chewy and just the right amount of flavor. They are so good my wife and I have had to try and control ourselves. Its 2 gummies per serving and 2 servings per day and we have been fighting to not go back to the bottle again!We have not had any changes in our weight, per se. But we are still in the early days. And we are more considering the health benefits of a daily dose of vitamins and vinegar than we are weight loss. But these are honestly so tasty to us that they could be considered a candy. Slightly tart and strong apple flavor... yum!

My wife ordered these for me because my Dr put me on a very strict Keto diet. My diet only allows 15 carbs a day and these have 5 carbs. I did try them and didn't care for the flavor so will not be taking any more of these. They may be OK for you because if you are on a standard Keto you may be able to afford 5 carbs. Since taste varies you may also like them.Not for me.

These are tasty and healthy, but do have 4 grams of added sugar so I took a star off for that. A better choice would be minimally processed Stevia in my humble opinion. I hate beets and beet juice due to taste even though it is really healthy, but I really like these gummies and they taste great. Most buy them for the ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) powder, but these also have Vitamin B12 (a small amount), and Pomegranate Juice powder, and Beet Juice powder.

These gummies have a fantastic flavor and I like the unique shape they come in. You do get the slight burn you would expect from the apple cider vinegar but it's much more pleasant the shots of straight ACV I have done in the past. It's almost a treat.
