I have been taking Creatine mixed with my coffee and a dose of the black gooey tar for about 45 days now. I also take Lions Mane mushroom with it. I am 65 and needed more energy without TRT. It seems to be making a difference! Not sure if its a combination, or simply the black gooey Tar. Clarity of thought and energy are noticeably enhanced. The product cost is very reasonable, but has a sweet taste. I wish I could get some real numbers on the purity of the product. At the price it is a bargain if real.

I find this shilajit supplement is effective, it is immediate with it effectivness, which mind blowing. The product receives positive feedback, I believe for its pleasant taste that's not bitter, and I know people can appreciate its value for money. Moreover,I believe I can report there has been improvement in focus and mental clarity throughout the day, and muat say the dipping fator is annoyinguet effective. Additionally, I like how it makes me feel good, with immediate use. Fast acting! Thank you

This is the first and only shilajit I’ve tried but so far I am happy with it. I’ve read that shilajit has a very strong taste to it although this is pretty mild. Maybe because of the addition of some other beneficial ingredients to it. Although I have also started microdosing mshrms around the same time I started this so it’s hard to attribute the full benefits to one. I have felt better energy. Since my new supplements.

If you are anything like me you have never even heard of shilajit resin but thanks to a recommendation, I found out first hand just how powerful this product is. Not only is it easy to take but the effects are immediate. It dissolves right into my morning coffee and it doesn’t taste bad either. If you need some added energy, help staying focused or a metabolism boost this is the product for you!
