Nice roaster but be aware of measurements! The measurements listed are from “handle to handle.” It’s NOT the measurements of the inside or outside of the roasting pan itself. The depth measurements listed are with the “lid on,” NOT the depth of the roasting pan. The top of the lid is where they consider the depth of the pan.

Used one pan and after washing it they was white spots on the bottom of it and it would not come out so I returned them

This review is for the oval pan used with the lid on. Worked well for finishing off a Pork Butt I had smoked. Easier than wrapping in foil or paper. Significantly reduced the stall time and the bark came out pretty nice. That's what I bought it for, so I'm happy. Needed to supply my own rack because it doesn't come with one. Not a problem for me. The rolled edges are fairly sharp and require care when using / washing to avoid cuts / scrapes. Lid is a loose fit and just sort of lays in the top recess. Seemed to work just fine though.
