The media could not be loaded. I included a clip of how I put the handles on since some people seemed to have issues. The bag I received wasn’t difficult to put together. The only issue I had with the straps was that one of the screw caps on the inner side of a strap fell off, but thankfully fell off into the bag so I was able to put it back on. I got this bag because I needed something large for pool and beach days and wanted it to hold its structure, rather than being more limp so that I can easily find items in it. It checks all the boxes for me and I’ve even since bought an inner fitting that will allow me to organize the bag into to sections. Definitely recommend and I loved the blue color I got!!

This bag is huge and amazing! I brought it out beach vacay and didn’t go a day without it. It holds so many things and is worth the money. Easy to clean and I am looking forward to using it for sports with my kids too

The color is not the same as description.Also, they install one of the handles in a loop so it doesn’t stay up like the other one. Company doesn’t return/refund either even tho they do not honor the description and quality

I can't figure out how to get the straps to stay attached, instructions on how to properly secure them would have been helpful. At this point I am unable to use it for the purpose intended.***I finally figured it out after the fact but still instructions would have been helpful. Bag is sturdy***
