Excellent, easy bike. I'm 61 and found a great priced , good performing bike. Great customer service. Checks all the boxes. Price is very good if you have never had an electric bike. Go for it!

This is a decent bike for someone who wants to purchase an electric bike for the first time without having to spend over 1k! I got this bike for my son and he loves it! He enjoys riding it to and from school and he loves that it has lights on it for night riding

The media could not be loaded. Customer service will not give me a solution. They will not answer the phone. I have yet to ride this bike because I cannot remove the battery in the unlock position and.today it won't even turn to unlock.

The U4 ebike is an inexpensive, entry-level ebike, with a single gear, 16-inch not-too-fat wheels, many other popular configurations of similar ebikes, such as front suspension, back seat, sizable and removable battery, and front and rear fenders. It is not 'light weight', about 50lb total including the battery, and 3 levels of pedaling assistant modes. I have had it for about 2 weeks, and as an average ebike user, would like to share with other users the following comments about this ebike:A) The seat column lock handle is a bit too small and weak to easily lock and secure the seat with ease. I struggled with the thumb nut and the lock handle to avoid the seat sliding down over the road bumpers. A larger handle and a larger thumb nut could be an easy fix for this.B) There are 4 levels of riding modes at the speed control: 0 (no battery at all), PAS-1 (6mph-max, power starts at 4mph, battery assistant mode), PAS-2 (12mph max, power starts at 10mph), and PAS-3 (18mph max, power starts at 15mph). To my experience, PAS-1 at 6mph is too low and is practically useless. PAS-2 is where I can ride most of the time. PAS-3 is too fast for me. In addition, because this bike has only one gear level, I can pedal as fast as 13-14 mph. Therefore, it is not possible for me and probably FOR most users to pedal effectively at PAS-3 level (the so-called 'Ghost pedaling' condition). If the 47-T chainring can be upgraded to a 54-T chainring, the Ghost Pedaling problem could mostly be avoided.C) There are also several other minor software-related issues, such asa) at any PA level, when you are pedaling faster than the level speed limit, the speed-meter only shows the speed limit at that level, not the actual speed; b) There is no way of switching between trip meter and odometerOverall, this is potentially a good entry-level e-bike, if the few issues are properly addressed.I have not been able to get adequate tech support from the manufacturer. Most support emails were written by someone who either never rides this bike or has no idea what I was talking about on the issues I mentioned above.

Excellent vélo! Mon fils l'utilise tous les jours pour aller travailler et n'a pas eu de problème pour le moment. L'option de le plier est très pratique et se range facilement.Très bon achat!
Damaged bike
The media could not be loaded. First of alll my inner tube is damaged ok so I repair from repair shop . After my near led in handle where I can see the battery is problem like fully white and the battery Omg 5 hours charge after I go to ride In just 20 mins finish Soi decided to return the bike .
