I was excited to receive my foot warmer/massager and it doesn't work. The four lights come on, but the massager doesn't come on. This is the second China made product I received today that didn't work!The seller followed up a couple times to ensure I received my refund. Not many sellers care what happens after a product is returned. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I am a boot size 7 ans shoe size 6.5 and also have high arches. All I can think is that you need bigger feet for this. I really did not feel the rollers much as the space my feet went in is too large.

I love this product. It is easy to store and it makes a difference after an 12 hour long shift. You can put your feet in different positions to target different muscles in the sole of the foot and the heel. It also works on high arches but you need to adjust the position of your feet for the massage to hit these. I have been also using it for my hands and it works in the hands as well.

It has very basic settings, fast/slow and clockwise/counter-clockwise. The direction makes no difference IMO and I cannot tell much difference between slow and fast. The heat doesn’t seam to get very warm. I also don’t care that you have to apply pressure to get it to stay on. I personally didn’t like the feeling of the nodules , it was a fine line between being ticklish or too hard. This was not for me.

Very good
I am very pleased with this foot massage. Works well, covers from toes to heels. Love that it has three options both for kneed and air pressure intensity. As well can choose between 15 or 30 minute time. Both me and my sons love using it almost daily. Very relaxing, especially after long day out. On colder winter days we choose heat option.
