I was excited to try these, I have heel pain because I'm on my feet on concrete floors for roughly 32 hours a week at work. I've been trying all sorts of different products to alleviate my foot pain and these seemed unique. These were nice for about an hour, and then I may as well have been wearing nothing. At least they didn't shift in my boots.PS1: The heel pads that Dr. S makes are better-- for me, THOSE last at least 3 working shifts.PS2: Yes, I'm going to go see a podiatrist since nothing seems to be working.

Just what I needed. Definitely eases my heel discomfort and they are easy to put on and take off.

When they arrived, I was sceptical but, wow, they have really helped ease the discomfort. The Velcro strap is great for ensuring they stay in place and they fit well inside my shoes.They’ve been a real game changer!
