"Let's take a look.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a plastic bottle which is sealed with a foil seal. The bottle is wrapped in white plastic.PILLSThe pills are normal in size, but they are opaque white gelatin vs clear so you can not see what is inside.WHAT IS INSIDEI opened one to see and the inside is a white powder. I tasted it and it is not repulsive and I can easily see this being stirred into water if you like.WHERE IS THE MILK THISTLE AND ALPHA LIPOIC ACID?If you look carefully at the many pictures of the label of this. There is no mention of either of these ingredients in this bottle of pills. That means that it is not as advertised. Those are two important features of this supplement, so to not have them even on the label makes me feel very cautious taking this on a regular basis.HOW TO TAKEThese are to be taken two at a time. Again, no specifics on whether it is best with food, by themselves, does it matter? Nothing much on here.PERFORMANCEI have not felt any significant performance from these. I take glutathione as well and the other ingredients listed on this bottle and I just don't feel comfortable taking pills any more from a company that is this generic about their supplement. I will go back to my usual brands.COMPANY OF ORIGINIn case you have not noticed, this is made in China by a Chinese company. Some people find that information important.THE BOTTOM LINEThese do not appear to be as advertised in the write up for the product.MY RATINGBecause of the lack of advertised ingredients listed on the label and generic instructions, I am giving this TWO STARS. I wanted it for ingredients included and there is no sign that they are really in there.

Overall:People take glutathione for aging, alcohol use disorder, liver disease, heart disease, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses (webmd). They come as packaged and I would suggest you consult with your doctor before taking an OTC supplement.

This product arrived securely sealed and well-packaged to maintain its freshness and potency. The bottle contains 90 capsules, providing a 45-day supply with a recommended dosage of 2 capsules daily. Each serving provides 5000 mg of Glutathione, 100 mg of Vitamin C, 10,000 mg of Sodium Hyaluronate, and 200 mg of Marine Collagen Peptide. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free, BSE-free, and soy-free. The capsules are a convenient size, easy to swallow with water, and have no noticeable taste or aftertaste. I’ve been taking them after meals and haven’t experienced any side effects so far. I’m hopeful this product will help combat oxidative stress, promote cellular health, and support a strong immune system.

Collagen is known to have anti-aging and skin health benefits and this marine collagen is a great option if you don't want to take collagen from cows, or are averse to dairy. It has vitamin C, marine collagen, milk thistle extract, and alpha lipoic acid which are alleged to be great detoxifying agents and antioxidants. This calls for 2 capsules per day so this is a 45 day supply. Easy to take with no offensive odor or aftertaste.
