My coach got me hooked on this product. I had terrible eye twitching, and as soon as I started this it hasn’t return.When I take it at night I definitely can tell the difference in sleep. No nightmare like melatonin give me. Also, keeps my system regular if you get my drift 💩!

NuEthix Formulations Prosorb+ Magnesium Dietary Supplement powder mixes well using my portable blender and it has a pleasant lemon flavor. I have trouble sleeping at bedtime and I also suffer from muscle spasms. It took a few days of consistent use to notice a difference but I am pleased with the results. It has definitely helped me relax and improved my sleep. In addition to this product being effective, I also like that it offers a 90 day supply. In order for me to trust a supplement it must be made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility and have undergone third-party testing for purity and potency. This NuEthix Formulations Prosorb+ Magnesium supplement meets my standards. NuEthix makes COAs available to their customers right on their website. That is so rare within the supplement industry. I applaud them for doing so. I have used a different very popular powdered magnesium supplement for years. What makes this one different is that it can be mixed with cold water and not just hot water. I'm much more likely to reach for this one simply due to the convenience. The taste is pleasant enough. I appreciate that it is sweetened with stevia instead of artificial sweeteners. It is free of GMOs, gluten and dairy.

I really like this to flavor up my water after dinner. I'd do the same after lunch, but because it's magnesium glycinate it does make me a bit sleepy. It's also borderline too sweet for me and doesn't have the sharp vitaminC taste so I usually add some lemon juice to it. Otherwise, fantastic!
