The media could not be loaded. Received product for PS5. Took it out of thr box, assembled as stated hooked it up, wireless doe not work, cabled does not work. PS5 can't find it. Looked at you tube videos for assistance, nothing. All say once connected press the PS button of assign key, neither works. However there is a faint orange light that flickers. I was so hoping g that it would work, very disappointed
