For a zero sugar, keto option this works in moderation, I mix it in two quarts of whip cream. I recommend whipping the cream halfway before adding the mix, scrap the sides frequently and whip until desired consistency. It turns out like a mild Lemmon mousse, add ins one tablespoon unsweetened dried cranberries, or freeze dried in sweet strawberries and one tablespoon pecans. Help get through the carb desires......very filling (lemon zest makes it pop)

I ordered this for my mom who is diabetic, and she absolutely loves it. If you typically don't like stevia because of the after taste, this one doesn't have it.
