I do like these tiny pillows in my shoes. I wear them in my tennis shoes and they work wonders for me. There is a noticeable difference when I do not use them.I am satisfied with this purchase.

When I placed these in my shoes to support my arches it also helped relieve the pain in my knee. I’ve got falling arches with turns my foot inward and pain in my knees. Thank you for this product.

These arch inserts are perfect! They stay in place and have firm, sufficient support. They are the right thickness also. I will buy more for several more pairs of shoes.

This review is for the Arch Support Inserts Women for Flat Feet, Gel Arch Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis Relief, Non-Slip Arch Support Pads, Two-Option of Different Heights (High-Clear) by the ZAIWOO StoreI love that these arch support inserts are clear allowing me to finally be able to wear flip flops comfortably as I suffer with plantar fasciitis pain daily. These have improved the pain by supporting my arches. These are better than orthotics that make it too tight for my foot to fit inside my shoe. With just the arch support insert, my foot doesn't feel too compact. These are also washable which is a lot easier to do than with orthotics. Overall, happy with this product.

These are so comfortable and support my foot arch. I have plantar fasciitis and these really help my feet. I highly recommend them for all your shoes!

These don't fit my shoes. I wanted them for some heels and they are way wider than the footbed. Might work well for someone with wide width.
