The flag and the banner did not last a full week outside. It was not very windy and there were no storms, they are both trashed in 5 days.I do not recommend anyone buy this product if you are going to use it outdoors.

The 4 Piece Feather Flag Set is a bright red Now Hiring advertisement. The color is vibrant and eye catching. Unfortunately one of my small lawn signs arrived with strange black smudges on one of them. I’ve tried to wipe it off but it doesn’t seem to be getting better.While it includes various types of Now Hiring signage, I’m concerned that all of the sign materials used don’t feel durable enough to withstand a lot of outdoor use. I would rather suggest using the banner in the window when a shop is first opening. The small signs can then be used in the window as well when hiring is needed. The feather flag doesn’t come with the pole to use in the ground. There is a pole included that’s just for the flag portion as discussed in the listing images. Thankfully the included pole breaks apart into numerous pieces and has a bag that it can be stored in.The feather flag banner is thin and see through (see pictures). The fabrics used make me feel very unsure about the outdoor durability, I don’t want an item to be single use. Time will tell when we need to hire again.

Items arrived exactly as described. Based on the reviews, I didn't expect them to last long. However, I was pleasantly surprised because they have been outside for over a month even survived severe rain/wind storms. In fact, they did so well that I am ordering more for our other locations.
