I bought this for my husband for Christmas because after work he would say how bad his feet would hurt. I figured he would love it, I have arthritis and my feet hurt a lot so guess who uses more? Me, his wife and love that it has so much different settings and has heat too. After using for about 20 minutes my feet feel fantastic, how wonderful. Yes my husband likes it too, but I love it more. Haha. I would for sure recommend to everyone who likes to have their feet massaged. Love It

I did my research before purchasing the Renpho shiatsu foot massager and it didn’t let me down. It honestly feels like fingers massaging my feet. The massage ‘balls’ get deep into my arches and combined with the heat and the squeezing, all of which you can control the intensity of, my feet have never been happier! The ‘balls’ move around to get all parts of your foot. I am a women’s size 8 and there’s plenty of room in there for larger feet. It has a 15, 20, & 30 min timer so you can set it and relax and let the magic happen. I love this little machine so much! I feel it’s worth every penny.

The one thing i like most about this product is that it squeezes the heel, which my previous massager didn't do at all. For me, this alone makes it a massive improvement over what I had, and at something like less than half the cost.The pressure is strong enough that I never even use the last level, which is great.The cons are very specific:It would be nice if the unit would remember the previous setting. Having to cycle through each setting to get it where i want every time i turn it on is annoying. For instance i never use the heat option, and i have to hit the button 3 times every time i turn it on to turn off the heat. This is just mind boggling.Others mentioned the led flashes when the unit is plugged in, but not turned on. This in itself is annoying. However what is even worse is that in a silent room, every time the light blinks it is accompanied by a very low but high pitched sound, that sounds exactly like a large truck backing up. There is just not reason for this feature to even exist. Luckily for me i have it plugged into a socket with an individual switch anyway, but still annoying.Finally more of a nit-pick. You have to kind of time turning off the kneading because it just stops where it is. It would be nice if the kneading device just returned to some designated off position when turned off.

I love that I gets hot, massages and vibrates all at the same time. I suffer from plantar fasciatist and this machine helps me wind down my tired feet. I put it on the highest setting and do it for 30 minutes a day. Pain in feet have diminished a great deal.

Great for the money and massage. We returned it bc I have heel issues and needed a stronger massage and for it to be further back on my heels than this provided. Wish it had higher heat levels as well.

Quality is really good. Compression and kneading is good pressure. The only thing that bugs me about it is that it has to be plugged in during use or it won’t run. So, you must be near an outlet or have to run an extension cord if further away from one.

I don’t have another machine to compare this to, so this may be the way they all are. The inside bits that massage your feet are very hard. I have a lot of foot pain and this has been helpful, but it was better when I put a couple socks in the footbed to soften the intensity. They must be wood or hard plastic, so it’s a bit much. But overall this bizarre contraption kneads, squeezes, and heats my feet like an angry bread maker.

A bit smaller than advertised.
Just received it and I think it will be fine (massaging as I write). However, I’d be wary if I had size 12 feet. I’m 10.5 and just fitting into it with no socks. Other than that seems to work well.

This item doesnt work at all. Better have a massage done with a feather. It simply not hard enough, I have tried other devices that really massage the foot. This simply doesnt work, I am going to retun it.
