Very heavy compared to other brands. I recommend you watch a tutorial about cooking using stainless steel.

I'm a huge fan of this GreenPan stainless set. From the weight to the finish, these pots and pans are perfect for any type of cooking. The handles do not get overly hot like lower quality pots and pans do, so I don't even need to use a pot lifter when adjusting or moving them. The contrasting gold finish stainless gives them an elevated look in my kitchen but require very minimal upkeep. These are perfect for the avid home cook and would make a great bridal shower or housewarming gift too. These are amazing quality, aesthetically pleasing, and super easy care - awesome value.

Very nice pans. Beautiful. Solid and sturdy stainless steel. They require a stainless steel cleaner to maintain a nice shiny appearance. After just one use, some spots appeared after washing but may be from our hard water. I am very pleased with the quality and functionality. Handles stay nice and cool to the touch. Pans heat quickly and heat evenly. Good value. Very comparable to my All Clad cookware at half the cost.

This is a great stainless steel set to own.I try to keep my house as chemically clean as possible, cooking with stainless steel and cast iron.I have several good stainless steel pots like Viking that work great.I like this set it looks nice and cooks food evenly

I am mostly happy with this set, however, I did not realize that two of the pieces do not have lids when I ordered. That is fine for the smaller one but I really needed one for the larger pan. I found one I had that was also glass and I was able to use the very nice sized pan to sauté the chicken and then also bake in the oven in the same pan, thanks to the also metal handle. The handle is a bit hotter on exit than the pan but it cooked very evenly. I read the instructions before starting and they said to begin heating the pan before adding oil. I did not know that is how to cook with stainless steel and it absolutely worked to prevent immediate burn which is what I have normally experienced with cast iron. These are aesthetically pleasing pans with slow, even cooking, which is a plus. They have a nice weight—neither too heavy nor too light. The chrome-dusted finish adds a stylish touch to the set. The saucepans work well for sautéing, but when cooking eggs, chicken, or bacon, food residue tends to stick and stain the pans.Cons:Certain items, like eggs, don’t cook well and leave stubborn residue. The pans also seem to stain easily.

We needed new pots and pans and these pans looked really nice. My wife just bought some GreenPan frying pans and was extremely pleased with them, so when she saw that these pots and pans were GreenPan she knew that would be good quality cookware. She was right! These pots and pans are beautiful and really well made. The frying pans are so much easier to use than other stainless steel pans we have had in the past. They are nice and heavy and she loves that she can take them from the stove to the oven. They are dishwasher safe, but really wash up well by hand. They are durable, scratch resistant and are worth the cost. GreenPan is a trust worthy brand and they made quality cookware.
