This newer one is half as loud and twice as powerful. My formerly-chunky smoothies are now smooth as water, in half the time. Wow. I don't know what specifically KitchenAid did to upgrade their blender, but whatever it was, it worked.Also, kudos to the sustainable packaging, with no nasty plastic or styrofoam.

I finally got a great immersion blender! After trial and error with others, this is the keeper. I’ve also used the food processor and the blender accessories and it all works well. It is powerful and the pan shield for the blade is PERFECT! I have a set of Green+Life pans that I want to protect and that little shield attachment works like a charm. My new favorite kitchen gadget!

The item is GREAT. We have one and use it all the time. Makes quick work of making spaghetti Sause out of home grown tomatoes and spices. This one was purchased for a gift for friends.However, it came in the display box with a shipping label attached. The box slightly crushed sides, corners, and torn ends. Not really something you want to give as a gift. The shipping label hides almost one side of the boxPoor packaging and shipping!!! Shows that whoever shipped this absolutely didn't care. Went through USPS.

It does what I wanted it to do: puree stuff (cooked hot peppers mainly).It doesn’t splatter and it’s easy to clean, the two things I was worried about. Awesome device, not too costly, and obviously from a credible brand.

Instructions clear. I love the color, the variable speed, the guard over the blade to protect my pan. I’ve made 3 kinds of soup and it makes it very smooth. Comes apart so you don’t have to worry about getting the motor wet when washing it. It’s perfect for my needs.
Misleading Product Description - Not Suitable for UAE

This is not compatible with the UAE power system.When I reached out to the seller to address the issue, they were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem.If I purchase from Bolo.ae, I expect products to either be compatible with UAE standards (plug and voltage) or for this information to be clearly stated in the description.Disappointed with the lack of transparency and seller support.Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

I have been using this hand blender for over a year now and I am still very impressed with how well it performs. It is powerful and reliable, making it perfect for soups, smoothies, sauces, and even baby food. The stainless steel blade stays sharp and blends everything smoothly without any chunks.After a year of regular use, it still works like new. I love how lightweight and easy to handle it is. Cleaning is simple thanks to the detachable shaft, and the speed controls are very intuitive.
120v product, not suitable for India market
This is NOT usable in India. Shocking how this is being sold without clarity about voltage restriction. I bought it seeing such good reviews... but now I realize these are reviews from outside of India. The negative reviews are from the buyers in India. So misleading, dissapointing and a WASTE OF TIME!
