5.0 out of 5 stars It's a perfected G915 from a few years ago..
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I have a G915 from a few years ago (clicky switches) and now I just bought this G915 X (tactile). It may not be a huge upgrade over the G915, but I think of this as a perfected version of it due to the PBT keycaps, the stable switches, the switch feel, USB-C, and supposedly better battery life. I think the tactile version of the G915 X is my favorite tactile of any tactile I've ever used. The bump in the switch travel is so subtle that during fast typing, the keyboard feels nearly linear. It's during the slower/infrequent key presses that you can feel the tactile bump. For me, this is perfect for gaming, absolutely perfect. The updated (shorter) switch actuation point/height really complements the newly updated GL switches in the G915 X. The actuation is immediately after the very subtle bump and the effort is much lighter than the G915 tactile. I absolutely adore this keyboard. It's what I wanted from the original G915. I appreciate that they didn't try to reinvent the wheel here. Now for those experiencing your settings defaulting or resetting: It's because 1) Your GHUB isn't on, or 2) If you use on-board memory, you didn't properly save to a profile or 3) You have auto-update for GHUB which tends to reset all the settings. Yes GHUB is awful, but you don't have to run it on start-up if you figure out how to save your settings PROPERLY to the on-board memory profiles.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Gaming Keyboard
Very sturdy and stable. The key response is excellent with a smooth tactile feel. Fully customizable and programable. HUGE improvements over the G800 series.
1.0 out of 5 stars All the great things go to the drain, faulty letter "T" not recognized or erratic behavior
I had the G915 tactile for a few years and i have to say its a great keyboard. I had a 200 gift card from Bolo and I regret so much in spending it in the X version. All the great things about it go to the drain because it seems that the letter "T" is faulty, just typing this I'm having issues. As some other buyer wrote, sometimes the key is recognized in my case the T sometimes it doesn't and sometimes it makes the next letters behave erratically. The worst part of all is that I live in Panama so I can't return this. I've bought dozens if not hundreds of tech products online and I think its the first time I really got a faulty one.Logitech support if you are reading his and you have an authorized center in Panama City, Panama please let me know.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great aesthetics, solid performance
I previously had the wired version of this keyboard in black. One of the main reasons I went for this version was because it came in white. Also, though I really appreciate the wireless capabilities. It works well with just one wireless adapter in conjunction with my Logitech wireless mouse. One thing I really appreciate is that this can be used wirelessly or wired with the provided caballing. The RBG functions are great and it has all the features I'm accustomed to from a Logitech keyboard such as game mode, several G keys and a full keyboard layout. The keys are great and smooth in use and the clicking isn't overly noisy.
4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect hardware, awful software.
So the keyboard itself is as good as it gets. It feels premium, and for the price it better..The utility is there. It's elegant and low profile. Cream of the crop in just about every regard. The slightly pitted surface of the keycaps feels great and deters fingerprints. You can set multiple profiles, additional keys added for macros, added Bluetooth for the phone and lightspeed dongle for the computer. I've never had an issue with latency or anything like that, very reliable. I've also never had a scroll wheel like this on a keyboard before and I love it. The slightly gummy feeling pause/play/skip/mute buttons feel good and are fun to press. USB-C is very convenient and the metal board is STURDY. Feels premium. All the lighting options were really fun to play around with too. Starlight like the night sky and echo press to ripple like water when you press a key really blew me away, although I do usually just keep it all one color. The entire experience with the keyboard overall is satisfying and fun to use. I Can't say enough good about the build. This is the be-all end-all of keyboards, it's got everything you could think of and anything you could ever want or need out of a keyboard. Now the bad.. The software. Logitech GHUB will be how you manage the device and it's notorious for being awful. Here it is: if you don't mind getting annoyed with the software (you will) and probably reinstalling it a few times then I can recommend this keyboard. The software is the only issue, everything else build-wise is very very good.
5.0 out of 5 stars Good stuff
A great upgrade to the previous model. USB C, standby mode, sturdy, responsive, LED back lit. Battery lasts me about 1 week of gaming after work and weekend use.
Un buen teclado!
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } The media could not be loaded.
Multi-use keyboard/club
Did I need to upgrade? (From a 910) Probably not but I wanted to... this keyboard has a sleek brushed aluminum frame that feels quality. The plastic gamer features have been replaced with a minimalistic interface that feels great. The weight of the keyboard is great, when balancing on a lap it feels substantial yet not to great - it is well balanced and i feel i could club a man with this keyboard then connect it wirelessly(24ghz or bluetooth) and type out an apology (or rational)The msrp is obnoxious.. it hurts.. when previous models were a tough call at 1/3rd less this really hurts the pocketbook. However, aside from the price, everything else has been great (charged keyboard when first unboxed and still over 90% week later)If you can afford it (maybe a good sale price) it is a fantastic keyboard. Are there others that do the same for less. Most likely.. do they look and feel as good.. well that is user opinion.
Excelente produto
Adorei, muito eficiente, alta ergonomica, ótima duração de bateria, ótima conexão, cumpre tudo que promete.
Beautiful keyboard, but expensive
Prior to this I was using a cheap $50 keyboard. When I switched to this it was a difference of night and day. The keys are super nice to click and the metal frame makes the keyboard feel nice and heavy. The only drawback is that it’s very expensive.
Too bad had to return due to critical flaws.
First of Bolo shipping has become a joke... keyboard was sent in a big box and keyboard banged in the box so hard that it damaged the keyboard. Now the product flaws - keyboard was typing endless spaces when I type a space. May be could be due to the damage I mentioned earlier (could be not) the space bar fit itself is wonky I'm guessing this is QC issue. Critical flaws is the caps indicator displayed elsewhere, May be I could get used to looking at the new spot but the deal breaker is the Num lock, no indicator what so ever unless u have a Logihub software so it displays on ur screen when pressed. I live by numpad, this hinders my flow and can't install logi software on work laptop so each time I had to guess if it's on/off by typing a number key to check. Cant imagine that something this trival is being missed in 2024. Returned.EDIT - it seems to save the numlock setting may be set it once and forget. So i decided to give the replacement a DITL, it gets worse every turn. I could tell lighting on this keyboard is worst implementation. U could have a phd on whales communications, but it takes ages to understand logihub and why it is that way. If you plan on using the onboard memory, be whatever your lighting preference every time keeb goes to sleep it will reset to blue wave. If you have windows 11 ditch the logihub and go with windows dynamic lighting and set to a static color and call it a day. If you are like me stuck with windows 10 n onboard memory, sorry to say that you should build muscle memory of pressing brightness+8/9 to get to your saved lighting preference everytime the keyboard goes to sleep. My mid range 4 yr old steel series keyboard had better onboard effects n user experience.
