The threads look vibrant and smell so very amazing :) you can tell it's quality just by opening the package (by the way, their packaging is on another level for a saffron product).A little goes a long way which is exactly what I always look for in saffron. I've used it in rice dishes and for brewing tea and the color and flavor are spot on. Way better than any other saffron I've gotten before on Bolo.This is a business I'm happy to support. They clearly care about what they're selling. Will definitely order again when I run out.Recommended if you're looking for quality saffron!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this product. Royal Gold Saffron exceeded every expectation I had. I grew up with Persian food and I know what real saffron is supposed to look and smell like and this is it. The saffron arrived beautifully packaged in a metal tin, sealed for freshness. The threads were a rich, deep red and had a natural scent that reminded me of my grandmother’s kitchen. I ground some up with a bit of sugar, steeped it in warm water, and used it in my rice. The results were stunning. The color was vibrant golden-orange and the aroma filled the house. You can tell they harvest this saffron at peak time and handle it with care. It’s also worth noting that it’s super potent a little goes a long way. For anyone who appreciates authentic cooking, this is an absolute must have.
