The rumbling has softened, the roaring has subsided, and the overall soundscape of my sleep has become much more peaceful.What I appreciate most is the simplicity. I love how it comes in 4 individual case of its own and best of all, it actually works! My partner claim that he wasn’t bothered or got waken up with my snore when I had it on. I purchased this item because my husband claims that I’ve been keeping him up at night. Finding myself waking up with my bed adjusted to prevent me from snoring. Since I hate to hear people snore, I was in seat of anything that would help. I bought these and a mouth guard. I put this on last night without telling my husband. When I asked if I keep him up last night, he said I did not snore. I will be telling everyone that I know snore about these. I will send the mouth guard back

I bought it for my wife mostly because she snores quite a lot so I'm not catching as much sleep as I've wanted to, and I'm a working man! I've most definitely noticed the difference since the first day of use, ever since I've started using em I've finally been able to take a well-deserve nap. Thanks to whoever selling this thing. I owe it to ya.
