I personally wanted it just for the work. I wasn't in the need of a laptop, that's why I bought a chromebook.1. Packing is awesome (ASUS as always good), nice box with handle, inside of it the chromebook itself and 45W USB-C charger + some papers.2. Setting up was fast, since I have an Android, but with the iPhone works the same, just scan the QR code and it'll download all it needs. 5 minutes and you're ready.3. It's 2-in-1 with touchscreen, so you can just flip the screen and voila, now you have a tablet. Touchscreen is good4. [UPDATED] Average battery life 7-8 hrs while working \\\ Battery life, one of the main things I bought it. It's really up to 11 hrs though it says it varies. But if you're gonna use it just for work as me, it's going up to 14 hrs. (you can see on my photo)5. You can download Steam and theoretically even play some games on it, but I don't think it can run much6. Weight, if it's really matter to you. It's 3.6 lbs, but I don't really care about it7. It's pretty fast, sometimes might be a little bit slow, but it's already an hour I'm using it right now and there's no glitches or anything else at all. I think you just need to give it some time to "heat up"8. Full functionality of a chromebook, I don't even know what to tell you here9. Price is kinda high, me personally bought it because of the touchscreen, but if you really need just a tool for work, buy either a simple version of this chromebook or Google Pixel Go which is much cheaper.But if you want a good 2-in-1, buy it. I don't have any cracks on it, the delivery was good and fast and the chromebook book itself made awesome. I already have a gaming laptop from ASUS and these guys know how to do it!It's a nice device for it's price. I'm gonna use it for a while and then make the updates.

I did not have any of the screen issues. The other guy mentioned in fact the unit looks like it’s brand new even though it’s a year old.. worked perfectly from out of the box took me a second to figure out how to power it up. Just make sure you charge it first.. sign into Google did an update you know they’ve got all these cute cues now where it says we’re gonna update you just hang in there. I think it’s a excellent device. It’s for our group and so being a convertible she can turn it over so we can just look at the screen for Google sheets and we use Google sites for our website. I think it’s a great purchase at the price point. I would definitely get the pentium.

Bought this computer for my 8 year old to do her studies on and for me to do some basic word processing. The laptop is sturdy and does the job for us. She loves the touchscreen option to do her math facts practice online.It is quite heavy but nothing unbearable.I was hoping to load Microsoft Office on it; however it isn’t compatible. I’m a little bummed about that but that was my fault in not researching it more.Still love my purchase.

This is all great purchase. Fast & easy to use. Light enough to easily carry. Yet built fairly solid. I highly recommend this Chromebook!

This Chromebook is great!! Plenty of storage space, clear screen resolution, does everything my family needs and then some!! Only thing I don't like is that its not compatible with the Bolo shopping app. But I can use the browser for that when needed. Keeps me from shopping so much!!! Wonderful purchase!

I normally don't write reviews, but when I do it's either for something outstanding or something that should be steered clear by everyone in the general public. Unfortunately, this one is for the latter. I purchased this device to begin with as a laptop to be used by my son for Chicago public schools and allow him to be able to access his school work. Upon receiving the first unit physically, the device looks and feels wonderful and within 2 days of starting to use it. The screen was no longer capable for touch capabilities and the keyboard was non-functional as well. I called their customer support line at Asus and Asus. Couldn't figure out what was wrong either, but I was supposed to pay to send a device I just bought to go have it repaired by Asus and this is why I say their customer service is knowledge below standard but I would say some of the worst there is on the market today. Bolo luckily was able to step in and send me a new unit as a replacement. Bolo's customer service is some of the best I've ever you dealt with. Got the new unit and now this one over here. Can't even stay connected to Wi-Fi. My kid can't do his homework. This computer is a total piece of garbage even for something as simple as a means to do homework for a grade school. I will never touch another asus device again and I would advise anyone else that is looking into this product to look elsewhere to avoid the frustration that I'm going through right now

Works well but I don't think it can handle very much. If I open more than a couple applications it slows down and glitches. Also make sure you want to buy something that runs on ChromeOS, not Windows or Mac. I tried downloading some applications, but they wouldn't operate on ChromeOS. Something I easily should have known, but didn't at the tike of purchase.

Just not used to chrome book, had to Google how to do basic things. Maybe that's OK, not really sure. Size,weight, keys,speed,sound quality, ease,battery life, all that is good. Apps work well.
