I have been wanting a spurtle for mixing my sponge in breadmaking. I didn't anticipate how small and light these would be. They won't be much use in breadmaking, though they will (hopefully) work for spreading jams, butter, tuna salad, etc. I am showing them next to a Galaxy S9. The S9 is actually thicker.
