I love this vinyl! Not only is it beautiful it's easy to work with. The reflective colors are amazing.My cutting machine is a Cricket Explore Air 2 - I used the Light Cardstock setting and the cut was good. The vinyl practically weeds itself.When I separated the vinyl and carrier layers I could feel how sticky the backside of the vinyl is. There's a nice amount of adhesion. It was not easy to tell which side is which before separating a corner to find out which side to put down on the mat. I wish it had been identified.The roll of vinyl measures 12" X 6' which is great for the price. I'm going to be using this vinyl for a Christmas Scene window decoration and I can't wait to see how the reflective effects of it blends with the rest of the textures I'll be using.Good Product at a Good Price.

This holographic vinyl is beautiful! I mean, I could just sit and move it around and watch it glow and change color! The price was super reasonable to try it. I have a Cricut Maker and cut it on holographic vinyl setting with more pressure and it cut fine. It wasn’t bad to week, but you just have to be careful as with any foil type vinyl. To test it out I made a car decal and a couple of small snowflakes for ornaments. I was a little hesitant about the car decal as I didn’t want it to be too shiny or tacky looking, but it’s beautiful and changes color how you look at it. The snowflakes, well, I can see making a bazillion different styles of these. I’m already planning on using some of this on a glitter resin tumbler I’m making. I guess I’m going to have to order some more….6 feet sounds like a lot until you have 25 feet worth of ideas! lol!

This permanent vinyl is ultra thin and the backing tape is clear. You will have a difficult time figuring out which is the vinyl. Once I figured it out I just wrote in marker on the tape side so I wouldn't have to search every time. It will cut on the Cricut machine or any die cutter but it doesn't cut completely through on the "Holographic Vinyl" setting. Next time I'll try using more pressure. It is a silver holographic without any texture. I like this product and will use it again. you get a lot of material for the price so I'd say it's a good value. The sticky backing holds okay but to be extra sure I rubbed over it again with a paper on top to make sure it was adhered well. Be aware that it is see through if you hold it up to the light so you'll have to plan for that with your project.

This holographic silver film is a fantastic find for crafters (the shifting colors on the silver are very pretty and lively). It’s very thin but easy to work with—cuts cleanly and peels easily from the backing. You get a generous amount (12' x 1') in one order, so it will last me through many projects. I’m using it mainly for cardmaking and scrapbooking. For added stability, I adhered the film to cardstock before cutting it with thin metal dies, which worked beautifully. In the photo, you can see how nicely it cut the words Peace, Love, and Joy for a Christmas card belly band. I’ll definitely be using this on many (many!) cards and will likely come back for more colors—the price is very reasonable!

I’m torn on this vinyl. The effect is really cool but it doesn’t work in all applications. I wanted to do some thin lettering and before it even finished cutting, it was pulling away from the backer. Weeding was not fun at all. Everything wanted to come up at once and it doesn’t feel super sticky like it won’t last very long on the final product. I was actually able to peel and place this design using my fingers and tweezers - transfer tape wasn’t necessary and probably would have been more work. I won’t be surprised if this comes off pretty quickly. I wanted to use it for a metal water bottle but I don’t think there’s any chance it would stick well enough. It definitely wouldn’t make it through the wash - not even hand-washing. So don’t use this for something you are selling. MAYBE it would hold up better to really large designs but I don’t have a lot of confidence in it. Too bad because it really is very pretty. Sadly not sure I’ll be able to use it too much.
