These glutathione strips are very easy to use and convenient compared to capsules or powders. The taste is mild, and they dissolve quickly without leaving any aftertaste. I take several types of glutathione in smaller doses like this throughout the day. While this 284 mg dose is not enough for my health concerns, it is a quick way to get a nice bump into my system upon waking up. If you are looking for skin brightening, it is not enough for that either. Hope they start making this in a larger dose. 500-800 mg would be nice for my needs. That being said, it is convenient to pop one on my tongue and stick it to the roof of my mouth. Yes, it is rank tasting at first but with a slight orange flavor (almost a distraction), but not too much sugar or sweetness. Most glutathione tastes rank, especially if you take it sublinqually to bypass the digestion system and be certain of it's effectiveness. Being liposomal, I am confident it is even more effective at entering my system intact. However, this is far from the worst tasting glutathione I use. This is my morning dose and I take it right before I shower on an empty stomach so it has time to do it's thing. At first the flavor is pretty yuck but it dissolves quickly and doesn't linger too long. The texture is rather like those fruit rollups. I feel the quality is good. Many sublinguals do not dissolve quickly, but this one melts easily. Then I have my coffee, turn on my skincare playlist, and all is well. I think this is good value for the money, but would love the price to go lower, of course. This manufacturer has obviously taken their customers experience into consideration before selling the product. Hope this review helps in your decison. Happy hunting free radicals!

This is a cool product! I’m all about glutathione for the antioxidant effects. Liposomal glutathione is supposed to be best because it’s more easily absorbed by the body: I take a lot of supplements and it gets annoying taking a bunch of pills. I like how this is a little strip you put on the roof or your mouth that dissolves. It has a sour flavor, but it tasted good. I just started taking it so I can’t say I notice the effects here, but I’m exited to see how it improves my skin health!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It contains Natural Flavor, Yellow no. 6, Polysorbate 80, Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulos, and Citric Acid. I got this for liver support. Unfortunately I tried one while reading the ingredients, and it immediately raised my blood sugar and made me jittery. This product is anything but healthy if that's what you're looking for. You might as well go eat a bag of skittles.
