Had seen it on a you tube channel. I had one of those big covers but would walk into the kitchen every morning and it would be sitting on the countertop. This way they can use it or not, and if they don’t you still get to where you can just wipe the cover. Helps prevent so many splatters. It covers food just right. Magnets are very sturdy and strong. Only thing is before you buy, make sure your microwave has magnets on the top.

It doesn't work in all microwaves if the wiring is in the top. I have one in mine and I love it. It can still work as a splash guard even if it can not fit in the top. I would still check the top of your microwave if it is plastic use your own judgment. If it is a metal top buy it, you will love it.

This microwave food cover is a huge improvement over our old, huge, cover. I never knew where to store the thing. It was always in the way in the kitchen. When I would store it in the microwave the two other people living here would end up migrating to the counter or leaving it unwashed in the sink.This cover has magnets on top. I can't put in the top of my microwave as described because there is no metal up there, but I CAN stick it between the air vents above my stove, under the micro. I like this! The cover is out of the way now. It has a nice, low profile, is clear, is still convenient to use, and is less imposing than our huge white squarish cover. I still have to wash it of course, but that's easy. Five stars.

I was looking for a cover with magnets so I could keep the cover in the top of the microwave while not in use. I have difficulty making it stick. It could be the make of the microwave (GE, the top has a circle, which doesn’t allow the cover to stick). Size:

Oh my goodness; I love this. No more splatters in the microwave. It stores inside your microwave adhering to the ceiling using magnets.

Love this microwave cover! With its magnetic top it’s always there ready to use. It’s the perfect size for large plates and bowls. Very durable and easy to clean. I would much rather clean the cover than having to scrub the inside of the microwave. Well worth the few extra dollars
