I found this Shilajit product by Naypiny to be very beneficial and helpful with my energy level, mid-day fatigue feeling, brain fog/slow focus, overall mood and hormonal balance were notable improved. The package arrived sealed, two measuring sticks, it’s thick as expected for a resin, dissolved easily in warm water with no unusual or bitter aftertaste. I take this resin in the morning; dissolving in warm water to get the most benefits throughout the day. This Shilajit by Naypiny contains 85+ Trace Minerals and Fulvic Acid which provides me reassurance that I am getting my daily essential minerals and supplements which I need but importantly gets absorbed. I would highly recommend this product to both men and women who are wanting a more natural supplement to improve their energy level, brain focus, hormonal balance and overall health.

I recently purchased Shilajit resin after hearing about its benefits for energy, focus, and overall vitality—and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. The resin came in a well-sealed ceramic jar with wooden dowels for easy measuring. The resin is dark, thick, and had a strong earthy smell—exactly what you’d expect from authentic Shilajit. After about a week of daily use, I noticed a clear increase in energy and mental clarity. With Shilajit, I’ve been more productive and alert throughout the day. The taste is strong and bitter, but I never take it straight. Clever use of Japanese Green or Eight Treasure Tea and you barely notice the taste. I suffer from a lot of endocrine chemical/immune system balance issues since I got the original strain of COVID and got put in the hospital. Ever since then my weight is yo'yo'ing and I run out of energy during the day. Since taking Shilajit my energy is stable, I get better results from my workouts, and my body just feels more at ease with itself. Purity matters! There are a lot of knock offs and questionable refiners out there. Get the "good stuff", it's never as expensive as you think it might be. This is the "good stuff"
