This has worked quite well. I use the highest setting and it is very comfortable. I am not sure the others would be hot enough for what I need but for someone else it could be what they need. It does require charging pretty much after every use. It auto shuts off after 15 minutes or so. I haven't timed it to be exact. The instructions say 20 minutes. It is very nice for dry eyes and I think the bags under my eyes are less noticeable to. It seems to be well constructed. Since I have only had it a couple of weeks, I can't speak for how long it will last but so far so good. I like it. Very relaxing.

This is a truly great mask. I needed it for an eye issue and it's perfect! Easy to charge, easy to use, feels and fits wonderfully and, the heat level is adjustable. Highly recommend for eye issues or just relaxing into sleep.

I have a warm compress mask I heat in the microwave and it provides great heat and dry eye relief after 10-15 min. I just ordered this hoping the best would be quicker and last longer. Unfortunately it lacks both and never reaches a temp comfortable to gain relief.
