To prove a point and a joke, I bought this bell and have been ringing it for dinner. I'm also providing them with a check after dinner.The bell works great and serves its purpose.

Great sounding handbell. Decent craftsmanship although mine came with a slightly canted handle so I sent it back for a replacement and knocked 1 star off for the review. The brass bell itself is made well and again it makes a nice crisp ring. I plan to use it when I want to get my dog's attention.....lol. Despite the slightly crooked wood handle, overall a nice hand bell.
