I’ve been using this neck traction device for more than a week and it’s already helping a lot. My neck feels less stiff, and I’m not getting those neck pains I used to get after sitting at my desk all day. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to use, and the support under the chin makes a big difference.The material feels soft and breathable. I like that it folds up and fits in my bag, so I can bring it to work or use it while traveling. It only takes a few minutes each day and really helps with posture and pain.If you sit a lot or wake up with a sore neck, this is worth trying. It’s simple, portable, and makes daily life a little more comfortable.Tip: The balloon pump comes separately, push pipe all the way in balloon before using it. Otherwise, it may come loose.

Wow. I've been looking for something to help with my neck pain for soooo long. I've always felt if I could just pull my neck and stretch it up it would feel better. Nothing has ever given that experience until this thing. I just wanna cry about the relief I got it was like nothing ever before. The pain relief was beyond anything I can say. I really wanna cry because this helped so much and it took me too long to find it. It is comfortable, easy to use and the quality and comfort is beyond belief after all my years of pain and discomfort. It's fit and functionality are beyond compared.

Insufficient instructions. Difficult almost impossible to use. Perhaps Bolo would be better off creating quality control of some items instead of selling everything and/or anything.Going back to brick mortar stores before wasting more money and time.

This neck traction thing is surprisingly helpful and really easy to use. You just pump it up to the level you need and it gives great support without feeling too tight. It’s soft, comfy, and totally adjustable so you can wear it sitting at your desk or relaxing at home. It’s also super lightweight so it’s easy to pack if you’re traveling. Great for quick neck relief without any hassle.

I didn't really care for this traction device. Its very soft but on the smaller size. Mine came in later than expected so I bought a different one. I ended up liking the other better so I returned this one.
