Just spray it on the area, wait a few minutes, and then use a razor to gently shave—the hair comes off really cleanly. I have sensitive skin and had no issues at all. Great value for the price, especially for summer—will definitely repurchase!

Like so many others, I saw all the TikTok videos of people using a spray powder for dermaplaning and decided to give it a shot. The price was right for this brand. It was a little frightening first seeing myself in the mirror with a completely white face, with every hair and wrinkle identified.Once that shock wore off, I got down to the dermaplaning. It was so helpful to be able to see the areas I had already gone over. I did make one big mistake in the process. I was wearing a low-cut shirt, and all the dust and fuzz fell down my shirt. That was my own operator error, however.My skin felt so smooth after dermaplaning and washing it. Since my face has been extra dry lately, I went ahead and put on a face mask sheet to restore hydration. It may be the placebo effect, but I think it really helped the moisturizer soak into the skin without all the baby hairs getting in the way. I feel better not having a fine blond mustache and removing the dead skin.I gave up makeup several years ago, so I can't tell you if it helps makeup sit more evenly on your face. The spray did as advertised, and the razors were easy to use.

I have lots of baby fine hair on my face and the spray highlighted them all so I could dermaplane them away. I didn’t really need the spray but it was fun and helped get every tiny hair, so 5 stars from me.

I’ve tried facial oils to help with at home dermaplaning, but nothing beats this spray! Highly recommend!!!

The spray is great, the razors are cheap and horrible, don't use them, they scraped my face up, I bled and had wounds. If you order it, get some good quality razors, don't use these.

This identifier spray by Arstech is meant to point out hair on the face so that it can be dermaplaned off. It does this by using an aerosol-based white spray that is applied to areas of the face and neck, very much like the spray used to create white winter-friendly designs on windows. Along with the bottle, four dermaplaners are included in the package.It's best to apply this to clean, dry skin. I followed the instructions - spray, dermaplane, wash - and was mostly pleased with the results. It shaved off the stubborn dark hairs that appeared on my face as I hit my forties, as well as the hair above my lip and the hair even on my cheeks. It worked similar to shave cream but it's dry.I had some trouble with it, though. First of all, I have some dermatitis on my face, and the white powder irritated the skin further. It also stung my face a little bit in other places. The dermaplane tools are sharp, sharper than the ones I'm used to. What's more is that if you are identifying hair using this product, it's hard to see the damage you may be doing to your skin. I ended up with scratches showing up after I washed it off.I ended up hairless but had to cover a few areas of my face with tissue to stop bleeding.I am a clumsy person, so, perhaps this method of dermaplaning wasn't for me. It does require some hand-eye coordination to remove the hair effectively. You also want to cover what you're wearing when you apply it, because you'll inevitably get the powder on your clothing. It did take a bit of scrubbing to get the remaining powder off.The spray makes this very easy to apply, and it is ultimately effective when it comes to its purpose. It's also about the same price as shave cream. Before you use it, though, run a test on a patch of skin to see if it causes any irritation.
