After trying several running belts, I decided to go with thia small pack. It's perfect. The pockets on the shoulder straps allow for easy access of cell phone, glasses and keys. There is also extra room in the pack itself in addition to the space for the water bladder. Very light and convenient. I ended buying a second one.

I bought this to help with hydration on my long runs. The backpack fits great and does not bounced. Extra pockets for phone, keys and snacks are great. The best thing is the wide mouth bladder making it so easy to fill, add ice and clean. Definitely recommend!

Received used and dirty water bag - it’s full of dirt and mold on the bag, water and mold inside the water bladder, the side straps were pulled off and thrown inside the package, and the water straw part was missing. Completely disgusting, and it was a gift for my brother for the summer break, and now it’s going in the trash.
