However, I was truly impressed when I discovered Valet packs. These come in various strengths, and each pack clearly indicates its intended use. After trying this particular pack in multiple humidors, I was amazed by the exceptional consistency it provides. I've shared this discovery with several of my cigar buddies, and they’ve all become fans as well. The longevity of these packs is surprising—they consistently outperform expectations and thrive in any environment. Their perfect size makes them incredibly convenient to use. Without a doubt, I highly recommend switching to this brand; you won't be disappointed!

These humidity packs are excellent at maintaining consistent moisture levels in my humidor. Each pack effectively prevents leaks and controls humidity, ensuring cigars stay fresh without drying out or becoming too damp. The natural craft paper design is clean, easy to handle, and mess-free. They’re simple to use and replace, helping preserve the quality of my cigars. I’ve noticed a definite improvement since using these packs. Great quality and good value in a convenient 12-pack.

These are really good, they have been keeping my cigars perfectly moist without any leaks or weird smells, and the natural craft paper looks super sleek. They’re super easy to toss in, and I’ve noticed my cigars stay fresh and flavorful for months, which is awesome since I don’t always smoke them right away.

The media could not be loaded. These offer about the same performance as Boveda packs, which are kind of the 'gold standard' for cigar smokers who want to keep their humidor at a consistent level of humidity without needing to constantly check the moisture levels. Honestly, I find the packs are less consistent vs. adding water to a moisture unit. They are much more convenient.Just so the purpose is clear ... as other reviewers have written a review despite clearly never having used the product ... these packs are designed to add moisture to an environment vs. take moisture away. You don't want to put these in a safe, luggage or clothing drawer hoping to keep moisture out. They are designed to produce more moisture and keep dry things, such as cigars or wooden musical instruments from drying out and cracking.These go a step further than Boveda packs, which are fairly 'set it and forget it' by adding another 'setting' step and offering uses for different scenarios. 9 out of 10 users will probably not need this and it almost overcomplicates a product made for simplification of a task ... perhaps even causing confusion.These don't really provide the exact percentage of humidity advertised ... I find that my humidor (admittedly not the greatest or most expensive model) gets to around 60% with 2 packs inside, despite them being marked as 72%. Maybe in a super air tight humidor, they'd be better ... but 60 - 65% is fine for me. (I think 68% is recommended.)Although it says they'll last 3 months, mine are getting a bit hard after 30 days. I'd imagine 2 months would be my expectation ... although in more expensive and effective humidors, the conditions might be more ideal to extend them another month. (I have 2 in my 3 tray humidor and the recommendation is one.)They are a bit large and cumbersome ... as are Boveda packs. However, these are slightly cheaper, making them a better value with around the same performance. It would be nice if they designed these to be the size of a cigar, or two, vs. a flat pack as they'd fit better in a humidor.Overall, they work okay and will help keep your cigars from drying out. I would probably pay a bit more for the name brand packs I've been using for many years, despite the value of these being a bit better. Don't expect optimal performance in a cheap humidor. I hope my honest review of this product, after using it for around a month, was helpful to you.

My use case is to keep my guitar from drying out too much. This isnt the intended use case but after using it a few weeks, I can say that it's very effective and convenient. I used to use those sponge things that you soak with water and leave in a guitar case, but those always dry out after a week or two. These days I dont play my guitar that much so I'd always find it bone dry and my guitar out of tune due to the dryness. I dont have any humidity controlled spaces in my home and it can get relatively dry throughout the year. I placed two packets in the guitar case - one at the top and one by the guitar opening. The packets are squishy and can easily be slotted between the strings and guitar body. I tuned my guitar and put it into the case with these humidity packets after I was done playing and left it for probably 2-3 weeks. When I opened it to play a bit today, it was still perfectly in tune. I hope these last as long as they say they will but I dont expect it well just because guitar cases are a lot bigger and not as air tight as a humidor. Either way I'm really happy with these and will buy these again when I run out.

If I got these with no expectations, I might appreciate them more than I do. They do keep a consistent humidity in my cigar humidor. Unfortunately, they claim 72% and they only keep it at about 52%. This is with ~6 cigars in my box. They're supposed to be replaced every 3 months, and I have had one in the box less than 1 month, so I know it hasn't dried out. For $50 when writing this review ($4.17 per pack), I just can't strongly recommend a product that doesn't nearly live up to its claims.

Does an incredible job here in New Mexico's dry climate. While it is not necessarily advertised as something you could use with a musical instrument - I tried it with my 12-string guitar and it kept the humidity right where I wanted it to be despite our famously low humidity. Works very well and is very affordable.
