The surface is in the same shape as when I used it the first time. Cooking with a little water or oil prevents most sticking. This pan seems to require less heat, but if you burn something like fried potatoes, don't worry; the pan cleans up nicely and looks just like it was new.

This is one if the ”best” cookware sets I have used. It didn’t peel or scratch like other teflon lined products. Love the texture and quick cleaning. Personally, I do not like to place my cookware in the dishwasher although this product is approved for the dishwasher. I have not tried this. Highly recommend this cookware!

I have had this pan for a few weeks now. It is my go-to! Takes high heat really well and is oven safe. It cleans up nicely and quickly. It discolored fairly quickly, but I don't care about that. Far and away better than my old Greenpans.

I wanted to really wanted the hexclan but it is out of my budget. I saw that these ones had good reviews and stars. Their price is very decent. I like the quality and sturdiness of the pan. I also like how they expanded the welding part where the handle goes. I thought it was going to show but the handle covered it.

It would have been 3 1/2 stars if I could've. It's a nice pan, but the way it's designed, it's not a true 10-inch pan—more like an 8-inch pan. My advice is to size up to a 12.

After seasoning the pan as instructed, we cooked eggs on low heat. However, the low heat cooks eggs completely, including the yolk. The eggs also stuck to the pan. We used it for a couple other meals and found that all food sticks to the pan. It did okay with plenty of olive oil and vegetables, and with cheese sandwiches. We were looking for an affordable alternative to Teflon pans, but this is not it.

I already have a 12" Hexclad 5.5 quart pan that I really like, but that pan is heavy and for just browning hamburger or something that doesn't take up a lot of space, I don't need something that big. It's also hard to dump the contents of what you're cooking with one hand while scraping it out with the other because it's so heavy. I bought this 12" fry pan as a less expensive alternative to the Hexclad and I am so glad I did. This has become my go-to fry pan and so far I haven't had any warping or other issues with it. At 1/4 the price of the Hexclad it's a great alternative.EDIT: I've had the pan for a few months now, and it really isn't non stick, but more like what you'd expect from a stainless steel pan, maybe a little better. I've found if I spray it before I use it, that helps a lot but food still will stick after a while, and as time goes on the pan is beginning to get a little rough looking. Even things like hamburger stick, which I wouldn't have expected. Knowing what I know now, I wish I would have spent the money and bought the Hexclad. I have a small 8" Hexclad that I use just as much as this pan, if not more and that still looks brand new and the non-stickness of it is much better. I will probably eventually get the 12" Hexclad

This is one if the ”best” cookware sets I have used. It didn’t peel or scratch like other teflon lined products. Love the texture and quick cleaning.
