Let's get the obvious part out of the way. This ramen isn't winning any awards for taste or texture next to a high-carb gourmet ramen with 600 calories and its own oil packet. The noodles are oddly springy and the flavor is a bit bland. But I was still pleasantly surprised. It's tasty enough compared to the cheaper side of 'real' ramen, and the macros are ridiculous.At 200 calories and 32g protein, this ramen has better macros than most protein bars. Between the volume of noodles and the broth it's also more filling than a protein bar. If you're looking for a convenient low-calorie and high-protein meal you can keep on a shelf and make in minutes – especially if you're plant-based – you'd be hard pressed to find too much better than this.Maybe give it a pass if you have texture issues, but otherwise I'd give it a shot!

So I’m trying to eat healthier, so I decided to try this lower-carb ramen since I love ramen so much. One of the things I love is purchasing different flavored Japanese gourmet ramen, but they do have a lot of carbs in them and some even high in sodium. So I heard a lot about this one and tried it. I literally had to throw it away after eating one pack. The flavor was horrible. Very bland. The texture of the noodles was just, how do I put it, weird. I tried to soldier through the first pack, but couldn’t make it. I had to throw it out and then eventually throughout the whole package, it was honestly a waste of $30. Not to mention the packages are really small, so the value was actually pretty bad. Also, definitely will not buy ever again.

I found this product when looking to get the brand, immi, quicker through Bolo. I was a little cautious given the reviews, but I'm so glad I gave this product a try. I enjoy noodles with "some bite" so the texture of the noodles was spot on. Additionally, they cooked up quickly. If you prefer more flavor, use less water. This gives more of a Yakisoba than Ramen finish. If you prefer a softer noodle, cook longer. The high protein, lower carb and sodium content are added bonuses. Obviously it's pricier than penny-Ramen, but it's also more economic than immi. Definitely adding this to the rotation.

These taste very bland. It’s nice to know that I’m getting more protein, but I might use the flavor packets from regular ramen with them. I like that the dried vegetables are in a separate package so you can decide how much to use.

Highest protein, lowest calorie, best bang for your buck in a healthier ramen and it's plant-based so it's great for vegetarians and vegans! The package suggest adding boiling water and waiting 5 minutes, but using a small pot or saucepan and cooking stovetop will get you the best results in terms of texture and taste. This is the product you've been searching for, better quality ramen and a decent price!

They taste good and a cleaner ingredient list than most. You are getting some guilt free pleasure knowing there is protein and not just carbs in them. Don’t expect them to be identical to the other stuff but great value for the money.

Genuinely the worst thing I’ve ever ate. The noodles tasted like cardboard. I didn’t expect much but somehow it was even worse than my already low expectations.
