Even better. This one has a charging case, which I love. You can adjust the fit at three points: the general rotation, the rotation at the earpiece, and the rotation of the microphone. So it can accommodate all kind of head shapes and sizes. I am told the sound quality is crisp. Unfortunately it cannot connect to two devices at the same time, at least I was unable to do so, so whenever I use my laptop and my phone, I have to manually disconnect from the one to use the other. But maybe that’s just me but my old one that broke did this seamlessly.

Best earpiece I have found, after trying many over the years. Audio is loud and clear. I work as long as 16-hour days and it is comfortable all day. Easy to pair with my phone and laptop. I travel a lot for work and the battery lasts for days just puting it in its case to recharge.

It fits around the ear comfortably and provides a quality conversation with minimal background noise. It is easy to charge and provides enough time for plenty of conversations. The only criticism I have is when ending a call, the button on the device is not always responsive.

takes 5 very long seconds to turn off or on, my old one was 3seconds which I thought was taking forever especially in the morning with the first call coming.missing mute button,wraparound the ear is too thin, the sweat around the ear tends to eat through them and eventually weaken and crack them, this is what's wrong with my old one,if I turn it off and put it in the charger, charger turns it back on again so I always have a live mic on my desk!in the morning i never know if it's on or off, so I spend at least 10 seconds with it at times,sound has too much bass but with other calls it's ok,pairing was fast and trouble free,

Nice ear piece for the price. It has good audio and mic, and works for music and other media as well. Not just for phone calls. Easily connectable by bluetooth.

Defective. Person on the other end says they hear muffled voice and not clear. I switched out to another and no problem. I got a bad one. Return window closed.

I'm not sure what I'm missing here, maybe I got a defective unit but it doesn't seem like it. I voice tested this myself and my voice was low and muffled, and words got cut off in the beginning or end of pronunciation.I'm looking to replace two Plantronics Voyager Edge models that aren't holding a charge for long anymore (and aren't made anymore). I compared my outgoing voice from this new unit to the Edge and another off brand I have and this one came in dead last for sound quality.Also, the only indicator light I saw on this unit is on the multi-function button you cover completely while pressing it. This means you can't see if it turned off, on, or went into pairing mode until you take your thumb away. You just have to hope that you timed it right.I had high hopes for this given the rave reviews, but here we are. I'm returning it and will try some other brands, although they all seem to be different variations of one or two of the same cheap products.
