Sometimes what seems like an impossible amount of steam comes shooting out.I haven't sustained any injuries, nor have I injured anyone else with the steam machine. And, of course, I’ve used it off-label.It doesn’t take long for the water to become steam after you plug it in. Had high hopes. Money wasted. Ordered April 20, 2025, received April 22, 2025 and return window closed May 22, 2025. Wish I had tried it sooner and I would have returned it but tonight (June 16, 2025) was the first time I could try it. I followed the supplemental instructions included in the box (connected attachment, filled with cool water, plugged in and waited for red light to turn off before pressing On “button“ to use). I could hear the water heating up and the outside got very warm but no steam came out. I let it cool down before taking the water tank cap off and emptying it. Will try using again and will update this if anything changes.

It’s alright just don’t expect the long attachment to work it flys off every time you try to use it but everything else works great it’s smaller than I thought but I love that about it because it’s more portable it doesn’t work like the videos of melting off gunk but it gets everything cleaned it’s very nice
