BinaxNOW COVID-19/Flu A&B combo self test is not only easy to use but it’s also accurate. I was really sick had all the symptoms but wasn’t sure, but after purchasing this and taking it said I was positive on COVID AND INFLUENZA B so I was skeptical since it said I had both I went to a urgent care and got tested there and sure enough they said the same thing. So yes I will be buying more of these and having them on hand very reliable.

Worked as hoped. I was feeling really terrible and didn’t want to fork out $80 for an urgent care visit plus the cost of tests which are $35 a piece. Easy to understand instructions and quick results. As expected I was positive for COVID. It saved me time and money, plus having to deal with missing work and having proof of my illness, this was extremely helpful.

CHOOSE ANOTHER BRAND.Took these this morning after feeling a little sick and wanting to make sure I wasn’t positive for COVID or flu before going to visit a relative who was recovering from surgery.I got faint red lines on both tests in the Flu B section. I immediately booked an appointment at my urgent care and got a test there a few hours later which came back negative. I then stopped by Walgreens and got a third test brand that was also negative.I checked reviews and saw that others had faint RED lines in flu B section of test… I hadn’t read the instructions carefully enough to notice the first time that valid results in Flu B should be a BLUE line. So, I called Abbott/Binax customer service and they confirmed that the test should be deemed invalid due to RED lines in flu B.I have wasted so much time and money running around due to this confusing and faulty test. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

My entire family got pretty sick. I'm the only one who took a test and it detected covid (autumn 2025). So i guess it works, at least for covid.

After my husband returned from a business trip feeling under the weather, I ordered these COVID & flu home tests to ease my mind and rule out anything serious. The results were quick and accurate—turns out, it wasn’t just a cold, he had COVID. We’re now taking all the necessary precautions to prevent spreading it to others.One small adjustment we made: he swabbed both his throat and nose instead of just the nose. If you're not getting reliable results, I highly recommend trying this method—it made all the difference for us.

This kept us from a trip to the ER at 3am & saved us unknown hours in a miserable place & lots of $ for co-pay. I had just recently purchased these and it was perfect timing last week when my 12 year old son complained of a headache and had a low grade fever, but the first test was negative. Less than 12 hours later, he woke up at 3am with a 103.4 fever, and complained of chest/rib pain. As we were cooling him down, I decided to do another test & it was positive for Flu B. It helped us to know in that moment what was going on & we gelt comfortable waiting until pediatrician office opened to call, instead of rushing off to urgent care.

Have used BinaxNOW for Covid testing for years, so was eager to purchase the new combo Flu/Covid test. Very disappointed with the change in testing procedure. Rather than simply deliver drops of testing fluid to the contianer holding swab, you must now open a vial, insert swab and swirl 10 times (itself not a big deal), then place a cap on this vial and deliver four drops of testing fluid to the testing device. The problem is there is very little fluid in the vial to begin with, and it appears that four drops are insufficient for the capillary action on the test strip to go all the way to the Control indicator. You must be sure to squeeze out ALL liquid from the tip of the swab but even then it is hard to dispense four drops. Not sure I will be purchasing again.

FYI, it does state that you should not use this if you have had symptoms for more than 4 days. I was not aware of this when I bought it. I was unsure if I was having allergies or a virus and probably had allergies and then the virus made me ill so I went ahead and used the test. Nothing was positive. I hope it worked correctly. The directions are clear and most of the process was familiar. It is the same basic process as using the home covid test. It does say in bold letters to drop only 4 drops on the test strip. THAT was very difficult to do. I could not control the drops coming out and it dropped 5 drops. Soooo.....I love that the test is easy to use and fda approved. It makes me think it will be reliable but if it isn't user friendly and you can't easily control the number of drop....is that really reliable??? It left me with questions. There is a second test in the box but I decided to save that for future use. I hope I will have less questions next time.
