Bought these as an upgrade from our fabric suitcases. Very roomy with a zipper cover to separate shoes from clothing. I love the strap inside that holds all my clothes so they don’t become a jumbled mess upon arrival to your vacation spot.

I just received and have not used this case yet. I knew it would be a little smaller than its recently deceased, 15-year-old predecessor, which I think was stretching the limits of the size limitations (although it had never been rejected) for carry-on luggage. That said, I was surprised at HOW small it seemed. The true test will come when I pack for my next short trip. I prefer fabric to hard-sided cases because I like having pockets on the outside of the case for easy access to documents or travel-sized liquids that need to be pulled out for security. The case is attractive, as pictured, and seems to be very well constructed. My only concern is the size. Maybe with the expansion it will provide plenty of room. (I never expanded my old case, because I knew it was pushing the size limits.) I love the spinner wheels, which my old carry-on case didn't have. Will update this review after using the case, but wanted to warn folks to really comprehend he measurements to avoid being unpleasantly surprised.

Bought the set to replace a 20+ year old set for a vacation via air.I liked the built-in "TSA Approved Locks", which worked well (though may be hard for some to set their own lock codes due to location of small RESET buttons).And they survived pretty well through the airport baggage handlers, just some average wear and tear scuff marks.
