I’ve bought this matcha in the can form for awhile. But because I’m traveling for a living, I need some small and easy packaging. This is really what I need. Now I can have nice real matcha everywhere I go without spending a lot of money on the sugary one. Taste also better, and giving you energy to do things all day long without jittering like coffee.

I have had many different brands of matcha tea. This matcha tasted awful. It was so bad I threw out the rest after tasting one pouch as well as the tea I made. So, this was a money loss and a lesson learned. Never will I buy matcha tea from China. Matcha from Japan has never tasted bad to me.

This is a decent ceremonial grade matcha with both good qualities and some that have a little to be desired. Unlike many other matchas, it comes individually packaged into single serving, easy to open sticks/packets, which makes it easy to take on the go. Each stick contains the perfect serving size of matcha, which can help for beginners still perfecting their skills or for a seasoned matcha maker looking for a little convenience. The individual packets also help keep each serving of matcha that much fresher (when compared to a bunch of matcha in a single container/bag).The matcha is finely ground with good color and sifts well with essentially no clumping (pretty much the best experience I have had sifting and no clumping). The smell is good and what I would expect from a good ceremonial matcha, and the flavor is not bad either. I think there are notes of a good matcha, but it is a little bitter and not as sweet (vegetal) as some of the better matchas that I have tried. It mixes well and provides a good froth. The mouth feel is good and what I’d expect from a good matcha, but it isn’t as creamy as some of the best (but it isn’t gritty or chalky by any means).I think this is a good matcha and while the flavor can be a bit bitter, I think it is still good and certainly something that is good to take with you and make on the go (and if you don’t carry a whisk and bowl, you can probably do well with a shaker bottle given how well this matcha is ground, but you won’t get the same experience). For me, this seems like the convenience plays in for taking it to work as I can just grab a stick and head to the kitchenette to make some matcha tea between meetings (not sure I’d be packing around everything for travel, but you never know).

Color was decent. Taste very grassy and bitter. I would probably use this when I play with different types of syrups! It’s decent quality for the amount you’re paying.

Just started Matcha tea this week, so far I'm liking it. No major caffeine affects, I mix with my coffee and I feel better after drinking it, more so than plain roasted/drip coffee. The benefits are enormous per research. So far so good and enjoy the packets. Taste is fine, mixed it's a no big deal anyways. I recommend it, time will tell how I feel in a few weeks.I'm a huge believer in supplements as well.

I love this matcha packet; I tried two brands and this one was way better. I mix it with almond milk in an alcohol shaker and pour it over ice. Sometimes I add a splash of sweet creamer , so good
