I have tried them all and have terrible reactions to all of them. My doctor keeps pushing them. I needed to do something. And then I found Step One. These sprinkles are easy to use! Spread them on yogurt or a salad. They taste great. I now have normal cholesterol after consistently using them twice a day for two months. My doctor swore I was taking a statin. She was surprised when I told her that I wasn’t. I am proof that this product works!

These sprinkles are very tasty. They are great on salads, cottage cheese, yogurt, oatmeal and I even drink them in water or in a protein drink. They are great for lowering your cholesterol and on Bolo you will find other products from step ones food.

These taste terrible. I added to yogurt and it was awful. I have been blending them with oatmeal to make waffles.

Step One Anytime Sprinkles really work for my husband and me. My LDL cholesterol went from 127 to 72 and my husband‘s LDL cholesterol went from 177 to 92 after a few months of following the recommended two servings of Step One Foods per day.We enjoy several of the product offerings, including the Anytime Sprinkles. My favorite way to use the sprinkles is mixed into homemade yogurt for lunch, enhancing the texture and flavor of the yogurt. My husband likes to use them as a tasty addition to his breakfast cereal.I applaud Dr Klodas for developing these science-based products and making them available to folks who want a non-pharmacological approach to improving their health.
