I am writing for my wife. This has been an amazing addition to her health supplements routine. It is truly effective even just after 1 month.SheI would recommend to any woman going through menopause. It has all the vitamins needed to help support mood, night sweats, and energy. It's just 2 capsules in the morning and done, easy.

Hello everyone. I have found that this product has worked 100% for me. The first few day it did affect my stomach a bit so, I took one a day and found that I got used to it. Later on, I found that I have to take it on an empty stomach for it not to bother me. Now, I take 1 in the morning before eating anything and 1 at night, after 3-4 hours after dinner and right before bed. It has all the ingredients I was searching for due to the my personal research of the them. I must say, I feel more energized, I can concentrate better, my hot flashes are gone, I sleep even better than I normaly do, and I concentrate better since I am also finishing a university degree. I highly recommend this product but, you have to adjust to it slowly for you body to get used to it. I will keep ordering it since I am almost out. NICE WORK, GUYS!

Omg yes..Im ordering another ,it helps my knees not crack or grind. Ladies you'll have moisture in the right places,moods aren't as bad,my body temperature is better regulated. NO titanium oxide which is bad for womens health as we age. I recommended it to my mom and shes grateful. The price is amazing verse going to a dr that gives you something you cant afford let alone if it works on you.

Love this my hot flashes are gone during the day at night it's not so bad it started working about 2and half weeks takingv2 every morning until the next 3 shipments were bunk. Nothing but Tumeric scared. I contacted customer service at the factory and said it was Bolo's fault. I said no way! It left the factory like this pictures of the first container and the 3 messed up orders due to switching the product and bamboozled me.

Bought this in hopes of helping many and symptoms and it seems like it is the only problem is the smell and taste is both not good.

Yall they actually work, im 48 and “peri”! If taken everyday I have had zero night sweats!!!! It took only a day or two to see result on sweating. Praise the lord something that works!!!!! Also I was on bc to try to help my hormones. After a few weeks of these I stopped my bc and seem to be doing amazing! I’m ordering more! Can’t run out!

I feel GREAT! I'm finally sleeping OMG!! This is HUGE, now I'm not so tired during the day. I can wear regular clothes again, tomorrow I'm going to the GYM! I was getting ready to lose my business because I couldn't work, my family because I'd fall asleep everywhere I went, now I'm feeling so much better. I'm tired at night.. I was waking 3-4 times a night. Say what you want, I'm staying in this and watching how I do.
