These are really interesting in how they keep your legs cold. When they’re just out of the freezer, they transfer cold quickly but don’t keep cold for very long. Instead, after your legs have been thoroughly chilled, the material acts as a really good insulator to keep all the cold in your legs - kind of like how a scuba suit keeps you warm but with cold instead. This keeps your legs cold long enough to be therapeutic even though the material itself doesn’t stay cold. It’s actually really effective. Would definitely recommend.

My wife is prone to knee pain when she overdoes being up on her feet, especially when walking or riding her exercise bike a lot. Cold therapy really helps her during these times, which is why I ordered this Tolaccea Full Leg Ice Pack Wrap for her. This is a wearable ice pack: it isn't just placed on top, under, or wrapped around the affected area - it is worn like a stocking, enveloping almost the entire leg (from foot to above the knee, or from the ankles to well up above the knee) in cooling, soothing comfort.Since this is a "one size fits all" product she tried it on (without letting it sit in the freezer first) just to see how well it would fit her and it fit fine. She commented on how it felt cool even WITHOUT being frozen, but after freezing she really felt the effects of it. It was the day after her "dry fit", when she came back home earlier than expected after her walk since her knee was bothering her. She took it out of the freezer where it sat for more than the recommended 1-2 hours and was pleased that it was just as easy to slip on as the day before, as we both thought that it would be a lot stiffer due to the freezing process.Moreover, the cooling effect was just PERFECT, meaning it didn't feel so cold that it was uncomfortable to wear. When using ice packs (even flexible ones), she always has to temper the coldness with a layer or two of a towel, but with this stocking it wasn't needed at all. And it really did help her in alleviating the pain! She was quite happy with the results!The next day she needed to use it again and it was just as soothing. She hasn't tried the hot therapy mode yet, but I'm sure she will as the need dictates. One thing is certain: it looks like this Full Leg Ice Pack is going to get a lot of use in our household!

As long as you're at least 5'1" or taller, this should work for you!The material was great and it worked really well. I liked how it was a cloth material inside and out. I also like how flexible the cooling material is! I could fold it up to fit in any freezer and unnfold it without any problems to wear like a leg of pants. And gets soooo cold! I really liked how easy it was use. The scrunching you send around my legs is because I'm shorter and it's longer than me; I'm 5'1", but it works.I highly recommend!

I have a larger 3XL leg and this fits just fine. It is rather heavy and isn’t comfortable to walk around with on. However, it does provide relief for a short period of time using the cold therapy for me. It doesn’t last as long as I’d hope but 30-40 minutes of cold therapy is better than none. That’s about the half-life of the cold feature of this leg wrap. The letters will peel off in a few months it seems, but I doubt that will affect the functionality. I turn it inside out and mist it with a soap water spray and pat dry. Then put back in the fridge right side out.

Listen young people: that little pain in your knee you've been ignoring will only get worse if you don't care for it now!! Don't wait. This cooling sleeve is great for reducing inflammation. It does feel a little like putting on a wetsuit but the cooling is very pleasant. Its very stretchy so it accommodates an array of leg sizes. It holds the coldness well for about 15-20 minutes depending on the air and body temp.

Prodotto di qualità, la fascia è molto elastica e confortevole, si adatta bene alla gamba non stringe e apparentemente sembra resistente, ben realizzata e duratura, ottima per il recupero muscolare dopo l'attività fisica. Come tutti i prodotti al gel può essere utilizzata per la terapia del freddo e del caldo, basta metterla prima nel freezer per almeno 2/3 ore oppure pochi istanti nel microonde, ma basta leggere le istruzioni per chiarire qualsiasi dubbio, tra l'altro chiare e in numerose lingue tra cui l'italiano.In conclusione prodotto convincente, personalmente l'ho provata dopo un'intensa sessione di running e effettivamente ha tenuto il freddo per quasi un'ora e la gamba su cui l'ho utilizzata ha recuperato molto prima rispetto l'altra, l'unico aspetto poco convincete è che la fascia come tuti i prodotti al gel non si può immergere in acqua di conseguenza, non si può lavare ma solo "pulire" con un panno umido come indicato nelle istruzioni, inoltre da segnalare il prezzo non proprio economico.

Ganz schön schwer - guter Kühleffekt

Zunächst war ich etwas abgeschreckt, weil die Kompresse sich schon beim Auspacken richtig schwer anfühlte. Aber im angezogenen Zustand relativiert sich das Gewicht und ist nicht mehr unangenehm.Das Anziehen geht ganz gut, weil das Material dehnbar ist. Die Kompresse sitzt stramm, ohne einzuschnüren.Interessanterweise setzt eine leicht kühlende Wirkung auch ohne vorherige Lagerung im Gefrierschrank ein.Ein bisschen unangenehm finde ich, dass die Kompresse ein etwas klebriges Gefühl auf der Haut hinterlässt. Ich hoffe, das lässt mit der Zeit nach.

Je l’utilise pour soulager une douleur suite à la luxation du genou, je recommande. La jambière est assez lourde mais le froid réparti autour de l’intégralité de la jambe: quel bonheur ☺️Prendre sa taille habituelle voir même une taille en dessous.

Se trata de una media completa desde los dedos de los pies hasta el muslo. La puedes enfriar o calentar a placer. Es fácil de poner y al abarcar tanto, sirve para la circulación de las piernas, para golpes, piernas cansadas o cualquier dolencia que requiera el uso inmediato de frío o calor.Cómoda, algo pesada, aunque una vez puesta ni se nota, fácil de usar... No se le puede pedir más. La recomiendo.
