5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight, summer "canvas" shoes- Love them!

However, these loafers are super comfy and feel great on bare feet. The downside I can see for some wearers is the sizing. I am a larger 10.5 so I usually go an 11 (better to size up a half size). These shoes do not have half sizes, so you need to go up a size. Especially with these types of shoes, you will want a loose fit for comfort. After wearing shoes for a couple days, I also usually replace the insert with a custom orthotic inserts for more arch support and cushion- so far I do not feel the need to do that with these. Although, there is a little tag inside that you will want to tuck under the cushion insert, otherwise you will feel it rubbing on your arches. Some have pointed out that these have slippery soles. I did not find that to be a problem. They are not as grippy as most of my athletic sole shoes, but have better traction than my Crocs...and I am a big fan of Crocs (except when they are wet and I step on my garage floor and end up doing the splits). These not so much. I am not going to recommend them for a boat deck though as they are not true "deck shoes".If I am happy with a product, I usually give 4 stars out of the box and after a couple weeks. When I am really impressed with the product like I am with these shoes, then 5 stars. If the material and craftsmanship doesn't hold up, I will be sure to come back and update my review. I have updated numerous reviews even 3 years after my initial review and have no problem letting a potential buyer know if a product stands the test of time.

4.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight, comfortable, and well-cushioned with simple but pleasant aesthetics.

I’ll start by saying that I feel these loafers are more attractive in person than they are in the photos provided by the manufacturer. As soon as I opened the box, my girlfriend immediately chimed in with an “oh, those are nice” – so to me, that’s a good start and something of an endorsement in my choosing these loafers, lol.The white soles, with the tan uppers are a nice combination, and the lighter-tan heal portion of the upper, coupled with the subtle stripes near the heal, make for an attractive use of colors and design elements. When I look at these shoes, I see the beach, being on the water, and walking on the docks….good stuff. The fabric material of the upper portions of the loafers is a soft, thin cloth-like material, typical of what some loafers are constructed from. The soles are made from soft and forgiving EVA foam, making the shoes not only lightweight, but amply cushioned, comfortable, and form-fitting. These are comfortable as soon as you put them on, and with bare feet they required virtually no break in time for me. Also, I almost always wear a size 9 shoe, thus I ordered these in a size 9 and the fit is perfect, so my recommendation would be to order the size you typically wear. Inside the shoes there are thick, cushioned inserts that are removeable, and worthy of note is the sharp-looking contrasting yellow color of the interior portions of the uppers. Thus far, I have found that traction on pavement, interior floor surfaces like tile and carpet, as well as my wooden deck and dry grass, to be good. I did note that on wet tile floors, these can be a bit slippery. On my wet wooden deck they seem to do OK. I’m unsure about other surfaces and conditions at this point. There are laces on the loafers that are actually functional. The laces are elastic and they stretch slightly to make getting your feet into the shoes easy, and once you have them on your feet, the laces provide a touch of tension to keep the tongue portion of the shoes slightly snug to the top of your feet. It’s a nice design feature in my estimation. All around, these are pleasant shoes to walk around in, and I think they look equally good wearing a pair of shorts, or casually with a pair of jeans. I find them to be comfortable and lightweight, and I only really have one gripe about them – the current selling price of $70. I know I can be a little old school, but even given what I see to be a good quality, nice looking pair of shoes, I can’t justify the price being at $70. Frankly, I think the cost should probably be half of that. Given the current price, I see these as four-star loafers – if the price comes down to a reasonable level, well, then we would see these on a path for five stars.

3.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as other slip-on shoes

    C. · May 23, 2025

I have recently become of fan of slip-on shoes - I have two pairs of Skechers and another pair from a vendor on Bolo. All three of those pairs of shoes, I love. These ones though...just so-so. First the upper material is this weak canvas-like material. It crumples/wrinkles easily and looks kinda cheap.Another bad thing about these shoes is that they are nowhere near sturdy enough to slip in when they're on the floor. You have to pick them up and use your hands to put them on your feet. Finally, there's the comfort issue. While these are moderately comfortable, my other three pairs of slip-ons are much more cushy, and have better support, than these.I will use these for situations where I don't really care how it looks and I'm not going to be on my feet for a long time. That's about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable, Lightweight & Stylish – Great Everyday Shoes!

I bought these shoes for casual wear, and they’ve quickly become my go-to shoes. Right out of the box, they were incredibly comfortable with no break-in period. The cushioning feels great underfoot, and they’re super lightweight — almost like wearing slippers, but with the look of a polished casual loafer. The taupe color is versatile and works well with jeans, shorts, or chinos. Great for warm weather, weekend outings, or even casual Fridays at work. The slip-on style makes them easy to throw on and go, but they still feel secure on my feet. Also love that they’re breathable — my feet don’t get sweaty even after wearing them all day. Solid quality for the price, and they’ve held up well so far with daily use.Highly recommended if you're looking for a casual, stylish shoe that doesn’t sacrifice comfort!

These replaced some similar shoes I'd worn out from two years back. They fit true to size, little snug on the sides but after a week or so they broke in and are very comfortable. Seem well made and easy to slip on similar to other brands like these. They looked exactly like in the listing and overall colors and design were nice as well.
